    • Good Morning, Everyone…💲TIME IS MONEY!💲

🎶 Theme from “Antique Roadhouse” – Composer Tom Phillips 1996 https://tinyurl.com/pfxh3abz

💲An antique clock, the MIDDAY chime not HIDDEN in the past,
      Today’s AGENDA, not the same…timepieces just don’t last…
No need for any JARGON, the sale legit for sure,
But little did they know that they’d end up with such a score…
(And GERBIL? It gets left behind, trust me, it’s for my HEALTH,
I tried to fit it in some way…and stress is all I felt)…
But there’s no stress with our couple….they’re feeling quite sublime…
$900 profit? Yes, they HAD A GRAND OLD TIME! 💲

I’ll make this really quick, since a lot of you have already lost an hour’s TIME today…And besides, this one is so easy, breezy, I’m sure you were all able to WIND it up in no TIME…

Today, we find ourselves at the “Antique Rodeo” a spoof of the “Antique Roadshow”, https://tinyurl.com/2bptz26e and we WATCH as Lark Mason, https://tinyurl.com/mr2a5j6h an expert on Asian art, appraises an antique https://tinyurl.com/27paxukj = OLD Chinese TIMEpiece that CLOCKS in at $1,000. = a GRAND…And the couple who brought it in, having paid only $100 for it, CHIME in about how thrilled they are…They…HAD A GRAND OLD TIMEhttps://tinyurl.com/mr2zmjtj

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe… And I personally feel a certain kinship with old Italian things… I’ve always been a bit of a ROME ANTIQUE…💲🙋🏻‍♀️

    • 🐹 A bit of a HIDDEN AGENDA…they used a certain JARGON when discussing the fact that they were very interested in the HEALTH benefits of the MIDDAY meal of the GERBIL…and if that’s why it HAD A GRAND OLD TIME on its wheel every evening…🐹

🐹There was a JARGON slightly odd and HIDDEN in HEALTH class,
The GERBIL was discussed MIDDAY, they watched as it ate grass…
A part of the AGENDA, it ate apples and some thyme…
The food def did agree with it…it HAD A GRAND OLD TIME! 🐹

    • 🤦🏻‍♂️The saying about one man’s trash,
Sometimes turns out to be very rash…
      In this case we see…
      Someone too hastily…
Sold something for too little cash…🤦🏻‍♂️

⏰ An old clock that went up for sale,
And a couple who did slightly pale…
      The hundred they paid,
      Came back though in spades…
And we see them now as they regale…⏰

🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️Apprehension at first with the cost,
They purchased the clock…but felt lost…
      Were they foolish to buy?
      Was a hundred too high?
They felt a chill akin to frost…🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️

💲 But they needn’t have worried we see,
For their clock did command quite a fee…
      Their profit a boon,
      And surely real soon…
      They’ll revel…and that’s a guarantee…💲

👍🏻The moral we take ‘way today?
Heed that inner voice when it may say…
“You took more than one glance?
Then you must take that chance”…
‘Cause that instinct? Most times it does pay! 👍🏻

    • Missed an easy one today. Had what I thought to be the phrase HAD A …. TIME, and the anagrams, but didn’t fill it out all the way. My excuse is we’re visiting kids up the road, it was dark and I….okay, no more excuses. See you Monday, Angela. Terry

  2. Good Sunday Funday ! Yes Angela , easy breezy ! All the anagrams , did require some thinking , but they all came out ! The jumble with a thousand dollars = GRAND , and clock = TIME , and antique = OLD , like you said , easy breezy ! Everyone have a Sunday Funday and bring on a new week of jumbles !!!!’

  3. Wow a clean sweep of the anagrams and even the multi lettered multi worded cartoon on a Sunday morning when I am usually stumped. A great Latare (Rejoice) Sunday indeed! Chuck.

    • You read my mind in posting the Kids Jumble! I was going to ask you to post it, but you beat me to it, Thanks! Chuck.

  4. How appropriate to have a puzzle about time when we “Sprung Forward” last night. Old and Time were what I thought of first in view of the cartoon and dialogue, the rest fell into place nicely. Wishing all of you fellow Jumblers a good Sunday. Betty

    • I thought the same, Betty..l wonder if David planned it that way…Wishing you a great Sunday too. ⏰🙋🏻‍♀️
