The COURTship just ran its course…But we’re still friends…he was always a nice FOULa to be around…and I HOOP he feels the same about me…Anyway, I quickly met someone on the REBOUND…a friend of a girl I consider ASSISTer…and I was right back in the GAME…Love, huh? 👎🏻 They were tired of him trying to IMPOSE his beliefs on everyone, and decided BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS that this SEASON he need get down from his bully-PULPIT with his HIDDEN agenda, and realize that he was really no more than a PEBBLE in the sand…and they’d not allow him to BETRAY the team any longer…👎🏻

After being aced out of the last couple of Sunday Jumbles, I finally solved one. No blind solve, but at least a solve, anyway. Found all the anagrams pretty easy to solve…then searched for a theme or idiom to help me out. After looking at possible first words, finally thought BY might be it, and then it all came together. You weaved some nice basketball words/puns together, Angela…as you always do. Nice job. Have a pleasant Sunday. Terry

Season took a bit to solve. The answer took a long time. I first guessed that the two letter word was ‘on’, but couldn’t get it to work. l finally saw BY, then saw BOUNDS, AND the rest came BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS.
