    • Good Morning, Everyone…💎 DECISION…NO DERISION 💎

🎶It’s a useful dream that makes quite an entertaining show…And not much more up against and for…EITHER OR…🎶…”Either Or” – Elliot Smith 1997 https://tinyurl.com/e4jxedse

💎I have a GRIPE with today’s words, GOPHER and then EXILE?
      My options very FINITE…for this puzzle…not worthwhile…
We’re talking jewelry and with these words I can’t do more…
Our choices gold or silver and our question EITHER “ORE”…💎

This puzzle definitely has a cute RING to it…Let’s FACET, who doesn’t love fine jewelry…But to be honest, it’s just WEIGH too easy…I had a BEAD on it the moment I laid SIZE on it…

So…Today we find ourselves at a local jewelry store, “Gemisphere”, where the owner, Bev, according to her name tag, is GEMonstrating to her customer, Kate WRISTLET, the wide variety of jewelry pieces she carries…and asking what she PEARLfers…GOLD.. https://tinyurl.com/bddes2hb or SILVER… https://tinyurl.com/mr2b7wx5 = ORES…And since Kate tends to “mix it up, = EITHER one…and we’re looking for a three-letter word to FIT into those quotes…this solve is a LOCK…ET couldn’t be any easier…Kate replied…EITHER “ORE”https://tinyurl.com/2ssdanfn …And that’s it…Our puzzle? We can just CARAT on home…

Jeff’s Gems? …No pun intended…There’s 14K gold, there’s sterling silver…but your best buy today might be Kate’s purse…Look closely…it carries the signature Jumble “J” encircled in the square….So LEATHER you like gold or silver…this might suit your PURSEonality better…

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who was stunned at the amount of money he had to SHELL out when his ex-wife wanted a PEARL necklace…So when she next asked for something with DIAMONDS…and stressed more than one diamond…he gave her a deck of cards…Note I said ex-wife…💎🙋🏻‍♀️

      • Swell Saturday morning Blind Solve. I, too, saw the EITHER….and that gave it away for me. Always enjoy your vast commentary…..and today no exception…Anagrams pretty much a breeze, too. Enjoy the weekend start !! Terry

    • 🤷🏻‍♀️The children had a GRIPE about the new book, the story of a GOPHER in EXILE, but there were FINITE choices…prompting their teacher to say it was between that and one other….EITHER OR…🤷🏻‍♀️

🦫The time window quite FINITE, they had to make a choice,
Their DIY methods had failed…no reason to rejoice…
This GOPHER anti-EXILE…his presence caused a GRIPE,
Professionals are needed for their yard is full of stripes
They’re weighing all their options…how much cost they can endure…
It’s narrowed down to two …so now the choice is EITHER OR…🦫

    • 🤷🏻‍♀️It’s silver and gold on display,
      And Kate’s hoping today that she’ll pay…
      A fair enough price,
      It all looks so nice…
And she says “I can go either way” 🤷🏻‍♀️

💎 Bev’s pieces all glimmer and shine,
And they’re made of the finest design…
      Kate’s choices are vast,
      And good jewelry lasts….
Which is why Kate’s just taking her time…💎

👍🏻 …In choosing the piece that fits best,
So far she’s been truly impressed…
      The pieces all bold,
      But that silver? Behold!
The bracelet stands out from the rest!

🤷🏻‍♀️But a gold necklace too caught her eye,
So she’s thinking that’s what she may buy…
      Decisions are tough,
Kate’s no diamond in the rough…
Which is why “mix it up” her reply…🤷🏻‍♀️

      💲Bottom line…comes to jewelry know,
      That the mark-up? Trust…high it can go…
      Take heed what you spend,
      So that maybe you’ll end…
Coming in at a price that’s kept low…💲

  2. Nice cap on the week Saturday ! The anagrams , I agree with Angela on EXILE , I just couldn’t get it , and my other one was FINITE ! And I didn’t GRIPE at all with that and GOPHER ! Now the jumble , when she was asked to choose , and I saw the letters , EITHER came right out ! Then the quotations with ORE was left ! Very easy one to cap off the week ! Angela , your explanation of all the words and the puns you use is so entertaining ! And Jeff’s Gems , no pun intended ! Very nice ! So bring on Sunday Funday ! Everyone have a great day !!!!!!

    • Tk you, Jim…But just for the record…I didn’t say I couldn’t “get” EXILE..Let’s not get crazy here! 😉…What I said was the two words, that and Gopher didn’t fit into a rhyme about the puzzle’s theme…I’d be EXILED if I couldn’t come up with that one! 😂🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. Good morning. Enjoyed todays jumble even though I had to look up FINITE. I also had to see what it meant and how to use it. New word for me, amazed how little I know. Now the cartoon answer was a blind solve which made up for it. Angela, that last line about Ex didn’t need to be explained. I was surprised he was even thinking of jewelry. The final gift would have been my first thought all along. The key word was EX. Until tomorrow take care.

  4. Anagrams were a quick solve as was the first cartoon word, either, but the second in quotes required me to seek out the 3 letters left after filling out the ‘either’ first word. Enjoy the start of the weekend.Chuck

    • The solve is what counts, Professor, so you did just fine! 👏🏻👏🏻! And yes, here’s to the start of the weekend! 💎 🙋🏻‍♀️

  5. No GRIPE today, as the words were pretty easy. I also got a blind solve for the answer.

  6. We’re fond of what glitters or shines

Those things that come out of the mines

    Be it silver or gold

    A joy to behold

    And marvel at nature’s design!

  7. Bah, humbug!! Neither gold nor silver are ores. They are metals. And elements. But not ores.
