  1. Anagrams were not hard, J solution was a little harder but after jumbling a few times it fell into place! I have an incredibly annoying virus on my pc that makes it hard to look at anything. Modern life!!!!!

  2. Good Morning, Everyone…I hope this finds you well….
🇺🇸 RIGHT, OR LEFT…WE HAVE TO COME FORTH AND VOTE 🇺🇸

🎶 That’s what ELECTION DAY is all about…The biggest gun we’ve got is called “the ballot box”…So if you don’t like who’s in there, VOTE ’em out…🎶 “Vote ‘Em Out” – Willie Nelson 2018 https://tinyurl.com/zemnzcuh

🇺🇸 You usually hear ‘bout the Top Three, when there’s a list to HATCH,
There’s nothing that is ORNERY, it’s just the way things catch…
The best of best GOUGE out the slots, the win, the place, the show…
But here today it’s Number Four that’s put us in the know…
The President 1809, his FINITE run eight years,
Our Constitution ratified…he led amongst his peers…
An honest man, during his term, a war we’d have to fight…
Victorious, James Madison, our President “FOURTH-RIGHT”! 🇺🇸

Madison Avenue. Madison Square Garden. Madison Square Park. A Big Three, all located in New York City, as am I. So I’m pretty familiar with and fond of the name Madison. And were I alive back then, there’s a good chance I’d have voted for him…if I were a man that is. We women, as you know, were denied the vote all the way up until 1920. So despite what I may have liked about old James back then, nothing would ever have become of it…Then…But now? Well now, a woman can move FORTH and RIGHT all she wants about James Madison… https://tinyurl.com/2jv9zjh3

With no new words on the ballot, and David electing to give us a repeat anagram in NRREOY, the Early Birds cast fate to the wind, and got all our words right this morning. And as for our solve?…Well…There’s mention of the first three men who took precedent, so Madison would be the FOURTH…and there’s one of the man specifying how straightforward and honest Madison is. Plus, another of the men is heard saying…”You are correct”, RIGHT? So…let’s be honest here… David definitely spelt it out for us…People who voted for Madison definitely thought that he was “FOURTH-RIGHT”. https://tinyurl.com/y4we34kz. And it’s another vote for David picking a winner!

Our cartoon? Three gentlemen, dressed in period clothing, enjoying tankards of ale, most likely at their favorite neighborhood tavern. Perhaps it’s a Samuel Adams brew… And a melting candle, reminiscent of the early 1800s lights the table. And that’s what Jeff’s slated for today…

So, There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good day, Everyone. Be well, stay safe…And I’ll leave you with a quote from Franklin D. Roosevelt that always resonated with me, more so now, with today’s political climate…”Nobody will ever deprive the American people of the right to vote except the American people themselves…and the only way they can do this is by not voting”. 🇺🇸🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🙇🏻‍♂️ Wanting to HATCH a plan where they could deflect attention from their ORNERY clients trying to GOUGE his victims eyes out, they realized their FINITE attempts were definitely not FORTHRIGHT. 🙇🏻‍♂️

🐓 He saw the chicken GOUGE a space where she’d proceed to HATCH,
Her eggs…and grabbed his camera hoping pictures he might catch
But there an ORNERY rooster made his intent quite FINITE,
And he wondered if he got too close would this rooster him bite?
He thought it over, pondering a way to film the sight…
Deciding it’s not worth the grief, if he’s to be FORTHRIGHT…🐓

  4. So I stumbled on the relatively simple Jumble of yesterday, and redeemed myself today! Also, Nice work Angela and Mig.

    • Thanks, Kim. Have a good one…be well and stay safe out there…🇺🇸🙋🏻‍♀️

  5. Happy “Good Friday” to one and all.Anagrams were a snap,as was the cartoon solution, for a change,w right popping out from the available letters, and fourth from the fact Madison was the fourth president. We’re off visiting 3 families of kids and grandkids on this Easter weekend. Have a Happy and Blessed Easter.

    • Enjoy the family, Prof. Be well and stay safe out there. 🇺🇸🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. Hi all – This was surprisingly easy today only because 1) I recognized ORNERY from the discussion we had when it appeared here not too long ago, and 2) I realized that they were listing him as the FOURTH in line. I thought “STRAIGHT-FOURTH”, but the layout and other dialog showed “FOURTH-RIGHT.”

    Good wishes to everyone.

I also liked the candle and the details of the tankards Angela. Nice shoutout to Sam Adams also especially on the Red Sox opening day!

“The ORNERY but FORTHRIGHT tavern owner told his customers that he wouldn’t price-GOUGE them on the FINITE amount of remaining beer, so ‘Down the HATCH, gentlemen, and get on home’.”

    Just kidding, April Fools!!

    • Hey…Definitely wayyyy too easy today. And the Sam Adams? A nod to the Founding Fathers, of course…🇺🇸🙋🏻‍♀️

    • Body shaming? Hmm…Tread softly…Teddy carries that big stick! 😉🇺🇸🙋🏻‍♀️

      • FIRST GIRTH is William Howard Taft, my fifth cousin four times removed. But I don’t have any GIRTH at all, with a normal weight for my height. I didn’t pick up his genes, apparently.

  7. Easy one today for a Friday, even with the quotation marks. Off to a proper start for the day. Wishing all of you a good one.

    • Wishing you the same, Betty. Be well and stay safe..And a blessed Good Friday. 🙏🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Good afternoon. To make life simple I agree with what Chuck said. Only because Angela explained it so well for me the other day that it was so much clearer. I went this morning and received my second COVID shot. A lot more people this time. I was on line for about an hour before I got it. Everything went smooth and quick for the amount of people. By the time I left you would have been in and out in 20 minutes compared to say 1 1/2 hrs. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

    • Hey Brooklyn. Thank you, always glad to help. And great news!…Enjoy your night, Paul. Be well and safe, and a blessed Good Friday to you and yours. 🙋🏻‍♀️
