  1. Good Morning, Everyone…👠WALKING THAT SKIN LINE 👠

🎶 My life is like HIGH HEELS on the beach…Perfect on the surface, but, I’M SINKING UNDERNEATH… (oh, yeah)🎶…”High Heels’ – Flo Rida & Walker Hayes 2022 https://tinyurl.com/23ypuye4

👠I oft times think what price glory… how fashion can come first,
And HEALTH just takes a back seat…like here…feet need be nursed…
We TETHER ourselves to a style, the OLDER and the new,
An AGENT serving sanity might choose a better shoe
    Our girl today in terrible pain…the struggle…yes it’s real…
She loves the shoe…but now it’s time for our girl’s HEEL TO HEAL! 👠

“Shoes too tight”…”Blisters” and our girl, PAINdora pictured with her HEELS SORE and pulsating…The solve? As simple as …”If the shoe fits”…or in this case, doesn’t…It’ll take time now for her…HEEL TO HEAL…

SOLE…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And HEELs to Podiatrists everywhere…They can always tell when a problem is aFOOT…👠🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🐎 Deciding whether or not to TETHER the OLDER animal, needing it’s HEEL TO HEAL, and considering the overall HEALTH issue, was discussed with the insurance AGENT…🐎

👨🏻‍🦯The AGENT, growing OLDER, was worried ‘bout his HEALTH,
A staunch believer always that it’s good health equals wealth…
A TETHER-like responsibility long had kept him there,
But now with this foot injury some doubts seemed to appear
A dedicated man, he’d always possessed quite the zeal…
But now things will depend upon needing his HEEL TO HEAL…👨🏻‍🦯

  4. 💃🏻 Looking sexy while wearing high heels,
Sometimes isn’t the best of the deals…
If a shoe’s just too tight,
    And the fit isn’t right…
One will end up with quite the ordeal…💃🏻

🤦🏻‍♀️We see PAINdora nursing her feet,
    Because comfort…it took a backseat…
    Blisters now to endure,
    And two heels very sore…
Turns out things aren’t looking so sweet…🤦🏻‍♀️

👠 Comes to high heels they do strike a chord,
And most women are well in accord…
    They always look great,
    But oft times the fate?
Can leave you most definitely floored…👠

🤷🏻‍♀️So glad to be out of those shoes,
Maybe next time some others she’ll choose…
    But five gets you ten,
    She’ll wear them again…
And hopefully that time won’t muse…🤷🏻‍♀️

👠That flats will be the shoes du jour,
‘Cause these heels won’t be tight any more…
    A bit of a stretch,
    Has helped many a wretch…
Get over heels being so sore! 👠

  5. Boy was I thirsty to get this this Thursday jumble ! The anagrams came right to me ! The jumble about shoes and feet , I was thinking Toes , Sole , or Heel ! Well HEEL worked and wearing them too tight , she needed her feet to HEAL ! Like you said , it was a step in the right direction ! A thirst quenching jumble this Thursday ! Everyone have a great thirsty-Thursday !!!!

  6. A nice easy Thursday for a mid-week confidence booster. As always, an interesting post, Angela. Have a great Thirsty Thursday. Terry

  7. Good morning. Had a momentary pause on the last word then missed the blind solve but once I saw that foot wasn’t the first word to heal that I had, it came easy. Until tomorrow take care.

    • Good Morning, Paul. Seems like you had the same exact experience as Dennis! 👠🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. I had “drole” instead of “older” but I assume drole is not in MW dictionary, as the solution to the puzzle was obvious and it was clear that “r” was not needed.

    • Having encountered this before, I knew drole wasn’t in MW, and quickly found OLDER.
      Dennis

      • Helen/ Dennis…The spelling of the “American” word DROLL is spelt as DROLE in British English. So yes, it wouldn’t be acceptable, since no foreign and/or medical words are used in the Jumble. 👠🙋🏻‍♀️

        • Thanks for the info. I read some books and magazine articles from British authors, hence my confusion. I didn’t know the spelling was different between the two.
          Dennis

  9. If it’s too small footwear you choose
    It’s a battle you’re going to lose
    Your feet will just ache
Is it a larger size you take?
You just have to wear the right shoes!

  10. Easy one today. TETHER took a little effort, and my guess for the answer was feet TO HEAL. Since there were no F’s in the words, I found HEEL for the finish.
    Dennis

    • Dennis…There’s no “ring” to Feet to Heal…no wordplay,..Plus if you look closely at the cartoon, it’s her HEELS that are shown featured with the blisters mentioned in the dialogue…and the lines drawn around them are the emphasis. 👠🙋🏻‍♀️

  11. A clever but obvious Jumble cartoon solution today, but still a clean sweep of all, even the anagrams.Chuck.

  12. Had to back into tether but other than that it was an easy Jumble. Have a good day all! Betty
