Good Morning, Everyone…🚙 DRIVING HOME THE MESSAGE🚙
🎶 And I’ll be TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS …(every day)…TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS (every way)…I’ve been taking care of business (it’s all mine)…Taking care of business and working overtime…🎶…”Takin’ Care of Business” – Bachman-Turner Overdrive 1973 https://tinyurl.com/4y3vahkm
🚙 Always a close-knit FAMILY, they said they’d help her get, The new car that she wanted so there’d be no regret… They’d hate to see a DROOP in her hopes when she went to buy, But like a baby EAGLE leaves the nest…she chose to fly… …Solo on getting the car…the ACCENT on “my own”… She thanked they graciously but said…”I’ll just GO IT “A-LOAN”…🚙
I guess there comes a time in everyone’s life when there’s the need to DRIVE a hard bargain…
So…Today…A responsible teen, Minnie DRIVER, who WHEELy has her act together. In the market for a new car, Minnie’s parents, CASH and CARRIE, have graciously offered to co-sign her LOAN, but Minnie’ proud of her credit rating, and knows she can carry the weight on her own. (= ALONE)…She’s PEDAL lot of work into saving…a homage to her parents…since they obviously raised her well, and paved the ROAD for her fiscal responsibility. And now that she’s capable of PAYING her own way, she’s decided to…GO IT “A-LOAN”.https://tinyurl.com/59pnnfjc …And you AUTO know that if the obvious avoidance of the word LOAN when mentioning “co-sign” in both our question and our dialogue, plus Minnie saying, “I’VE got this” isn’t enough to STEER you in the right DIRECTION with this easy, breezy start-of-the-week puzzle, the fact that we’ve had this solve before https://tinyurl.com/ye223bnf should have sealed the DEAL…
Jeff’s💎Gem? The screen on Minnie’s tablet reads “Car Barn” but only shows two dollar signs…We should be so lucky…
So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who at one time lent his girlfriend $500 to help her buy a car. After three years, when they separated, she returned exactly $500…And it was easy to see how he lost interest in that relationship…🚙🙋🏻♀️
🦅 The FAMILY noticed that one wing of the EAGLE seemed to DROOP a bit, but when they alerted the zoo master he told them that eagles choose to GO IT ALONE..and that right now the ACCENT was on just monitoring its movements…🦅
🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️The FAMILY had an ACCENT, some letters seemed to DROOP, Pronouncing EAGLE sounded odd to others in the group Not looking to offend though, they stayed within their zone… And figured it’s no big deal…let them GO IT ALONE…🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♀️

🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️You raise children and hope that they’ll be, Capable to cope responsibly… That the lessons you’ve taught, Won’t just add up to naught… And they’ve a sense of maturity…🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♀️
✔️ Learn the value of things in their life, And avoid a road riddled in rife… Keep finances in check, Know the cards in one’s deck… So that they won’t be dealing with strife…✔️
👍🏻 And today in our puzzle we meet, A girl planted firmly of feet… With a credit score great, So no need for debate… Financially it’s easy street…👍🏻
🚙 And she’s now looking to buy a ride, So her parents say…”We can provide… …Any help that you need, So that you can succeed… And not have a loan be denied”…🚙
👏🏻👏🏻 But Minnie’s saying she’s ok, Not worried about how she’ll pay… She can go it alone, How mature she has grown… As she’s able to pave her own way…👏🏻👏🏻
Finally, as you poetically stated…an Easy Breezy Monday puzzle. A-LOAN was pretty obvious so an easy solve, with words following to back it up. Your friend losing interest was cute, too. Have a great Monday. Tery

Start of a new week Monday ! And it was a complete follow up of yesterday Sunday Funday as far as getting all the anagrams and jumble ! This one hit home with me cause I was a finance manager for an auto dealership for 35 years and I got a lot of them financed all alone ! So GO IT A LOAN was there ! What a great Monday jumble ! And Angela , one of my favorite songs today you chose !

I note that the first three words in the Jumble can be solved by only a switch of two letters, as in the final OP in DROOP. FAMILY is a 6-cycle but I am surprised that the other three words can be solved with just a single interchange.

Good morning. Easy breezy was the word but I’m not complaining. The cartoon answer was the same once the letters were down. Loved the name you gave the girl “Minnie Driver”. She is one of my favorite actresses. Enjoyed the one she stared in where she received a heart of her dates wife which neither one knew in the beginning Love comedy and just a feel good movie. If I had to choice between Devils food cake of Angel food cake I’d have to choose the heavenly cake for sure. Until tomorrow take care.

Good Morning, Paul. Tk you…and I agree with you on it all. The movie, “Return To Me”, Minnie Driver, and the cake….👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Take care.🚙🙋🏻♀️

2 things: First off the anagrams were an obvious solve as was the cartoon puzzle. Second , when I started buying cars on my own as a grad student, I was able to pay cash for the cars with my hard earned savings. No auto loans for me back then. The good old days. Chuck.
