    Just random thoughts, not trying to SNARL his words as there he sat
    He knows there’s always room for GROWTH…it’s almost like the weather…
    And Jeff right now is looking for some notes to STRING TOGETHER…🎶

    A song about a GECKO 🤦🏻‍♀️…You can tell things got a little STICKY there…

    So…Today…Our renaissance man, Jeff. He writes music, plays the guitar, sings,*  cooks, invents…and those are just the pastimes….But for today, we’re DRAWN to him in the process of writing a song, playing the guitar (= STRINGS) and trying to find what notes go with what ( = TOGETHER)…What to…STRING TOGETHER**…And on a SCALE of 1 to 10…CHORD this one be any easier?…A HIT for sure…

Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who fancies himself a composer, but all his music is about sewing machines…To hear him tell it, he’s a SINGER Songwriter…To hear us tell it…Everything he writes is just SEW SEW…🎶🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🙇🏻‍♂️At the outdoor meeting, where they tried to STRING TOGETHER products in an effort to improve their GROWTH potential, a GECKO appeared causing a BITTER SNARL from a few attendees…🙇🏻‍♂️

    🦎 The child asked for a GECKO…it’s GROWTH had her Mother concerned,
    No fan of anything crawly…her stomach had started to churn…
    Not wanting to have her child BITTER, or SNARL up the peace in the house,
    She looked for a way around it…and hopefully the request douse
    She made up a list of the antis…checked each of them down to the letter…
    Now she’s hoping to just find the right words that she can STRING TOGETHER…🦎

  6. A little too cryptic to solve without anagrams, and I fancy myself as somewhat of a singer/songwrtiter. In fact, as I was unsolving anagrams, nothing seemed to appear in the letters to help me along….that’s until I spotted STRING, and that set the record straight. Thanks for a fun post, Angela.   7. Good morning. Just realized that where you put your choice for the word or cartoon letters that says “which anagram chord you not solve”. Was it always like that because I always thought it was which one gave you the most trouble. I’ve listed at times two that took me the longest or just didn’t get. Oh well. Today’s jumble was a success but the cartoon letters took me forever to solve. Loved your song choice Angela and your posts. Until tomorrow take care.

    • Good Morning, Paul. If you choose “None of the above”, it means just that…you were able to solve all the words and get the solution.  Choosing any particular word means you wouldn’t go for that option. You needn’t worry about it though, you know it’s just for entertainer purposes. Glad you enjoyed it all, Tk you for saying. Take care.

  8. Kind of a rough way to end the work week ! All the anagrams were there except GECKO ! The jumble with a songwriter led me to want to sing or Write verses! There are so many ways to complete a song ! The Beatles one song has the same chords as the jumble , and they were G , Em , D , C , it was “ I’ve just seen a face “ ., I sang that to my wife years ago ! So today’s jumble was very interesting !

  9. Whew after pausing on Gecko, I even got the multi lettered cartoon jumble.Loved your Barry Manilow , I write the Songs reference, one of my favorite songs. We did get to see him in a live concert several years ago.He was fantastic! Chuck.

  10. Bit of a mix up in my two daily newspapers, one of which has printed this puzzle, and the other, a different puzzle. Looks like the second newspaper has printed tomorrow’s puzzle possibly.

    • Yes, that sometimes happens with the weekend puzzle. If you look at the bottom right hand side, just above the question, you’ll see tomorrow’s date if it is in fact tomorrow’s puzzle. Each cartoon is dated. 🎶🙋🏻‍♀️
