So…Today we listen in on the PRIVATE conversation of a couple, MORT GAGE, and his wife, CONNIE, who’ve decided that while they want to live in a house of their OWN, they’re still not sure where they intend to put down roots. So instead of taking a LOAN shot and buying, we hear them telling the realtor…just as it says in our question, that their choice (= what they PREFER), is to LEASE (= RENT) right now…And with CON TRACTing it all out in our dialogue? This one got off the GROUND in no time…Leasing is their…”PREFER-RENTS”*…And this solve’s so easy, breezy…I’m sure you got it all BUYER self…and there’s no DEED, I mean need, to double-CHECK anything…And you can take that to the BANK…
Jeff’s💎Gems? There’s really not a LOT today…but I am SOLD on the realtor’s dreads…they’re very BEADcoming…
So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who’s looking to buy a home. The realtor showed them one, but my friend felt the property was a little too erose for his taste…So while it was love at first SITE for his wife, and she said it had CHARACTER, he said it had a PLOT TWIST…The next one they looked at needed a LOT of LANDSCAPING…and my friend wasn’t up to HEDGING his bets…The third one his wife loved immediately because of the VIEW, but he nixed it, telling her to LOOK PAST THAT…Needless to say, they’re still searching…and it’s been a complete TITLE WAIVE of emotions…But we’re all so tired of hearing them LISTlessly LOCK horns, that at this point we all have our fingers crossed that number FOUR CLOSEs the deal…So much so, that we told them WRITE out…Either CLOSE the deal…or forever hold your LEASE…
🎸It was his PREFERENCE to MERELY STRUM the guitar right now…he did take a PRIMER course, but it caused a FROWN when he mentioned it…🎸
🎨 They picked the PRIMER color, felt it the safest bet, To MERELY go with basic white, no chance that they’d regret… Any shade they chose later…easy like guitar’s STRUM, They’d hate to have to FROWN upon what the blend could become They held onto the color charts…felt it just made more sense… To guarantee there’d be no clash come final PREFERENCE…🎨

Hello thirst quencher s ! I got it this thirsty-Thursday ! All the anagrams were there for me ! The jumble was so good with PREFER and they didn’t want to buy so they PREFER RENTS ! Nice play on words ! Great Thursday jumble ! Angela , your Simon and Garfunkel song is one of my very favorite and special songs !
