  1. Good Morning, Everyone…🦘ROO HOO 🦘

    🎶Then JUMP, JUMP…for my love…🎶…”Jump (For My Love)” – The Pointer Sisters 1984 https://tinyurl.com/nhjz2rh9

🦘He feels like he might SWOON a bit, if he did try to leap,
The days when he WOULD do so…are now hidden quite deep…
It def would be quite COSTLY, should he a jump attempt,
Seems life’s no more a BUFFET…and his “get up’s” gone and went
So even though he’s still adept when his ball needs be found…
He just can’t do the fence thing…because now he’s OUT OF BOUNDS…🦘

When it comes time to realize that despite what you WALLABY… you just can’t be the man you used to…POUCH, it hurts…

So…Today…a golf course. And we meet Mr Tyler WORRY and his grandson, LEAP Erickson. And it’s a lousy STROKE of luck that Grandpa’s ball has landed OUT OF BOUNDS, for more reasons than one. Not only will it put him behind in his game, but his JUMPing = BOUNDS days are behind him to boot. Like the days of wine and poses, his days of leaps and BOUNDS have segued into the days of weeps and downs…Grandpa’s…OUT OF BOUNDS https://tinyurl.com/3spz6wew …And we’ve SCORED ourselves another win…

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of that old saying… Golf is a game where the ball lies poorly and the golfers lie well…🦘🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🍱 The BUFFET was COSTLY, but obviously wasn’t considered OUT OF BOUNDS, since so many people WOULD actually SWOON over the menu…🍱

🎸The teenaged girls WOULD start to SWOON…it was almost on cue,
Someone called it a Rock BUFFET, with music all anew…
And not being that COSTLY, a crowd was always found…
For these true fans there was no chance that it’d be OUT OF BOUNDS…🎸

  4. No tacos for me today ! Missed one anagram and the rest were there. ! COSTLY was not ! And the jumble was not there either. ! Didn’t see it at all ! It wasn’t becoming to me with the letters or the cartoon ! I had to use process of elimination on the letters to get it , then I raised an eyebrow and rolled my eyes and shook my head cause I wouldn’t have seen it ! But it still was fun and Angela , thanks for your post and I’ll try to get over the hump tomorrow, Wednesday ! Have a nice day !!!!!

  5. OMG….it was a blind solve, but I didn’t get the significance of the double meaning until reading through your post !! With an initial survey, I thought the answer might be OUT OF…..but out of what ?? Didn’t even think of golf until I peered more closely at the picture and saw the golf green….then the golf bags. Then I thought he was on the other side of the fence…hence OUT OF BOUNDS, but then it didn’t strike me until I read your post, Angela, that BOUNDS are another word for JUMPS. Pretty clever puzzle. And one of my all-time favorite rock songs, too !! All in all….a great Taco Tuesday. And I’ll remember and pass along your little golf LIES message…too cute. Terry

    • LOL! Glad I could help, Terry…And as I mentioned to Stan y’day, always think idiom…🦘🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. Good morning. Another easy breezy one today but I didn’t get a blind solve. I had to put the letters down to solve the last word. You had the Pointer sisters before Angela which is always nice to hear. Until tomorrow take care.

  7. Not a blind solve today but the solution came to me as I was working on the last anagram. I know that I can’t jump a fence anymore so, if that was me on the course I would have pulled another ball out of the bag and moved along. HA. Nice song choice today Angela. I remember watching that video in the 1980s when MTV actually played videos. Thanks, Stan

    • YW, Stan…and Tk you. And yes, you’re right…when MTV stood for just that! 🎶🦘🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Got the anagrams easily and having the letters led to a cartoon answer after a couple of minutes of thought on a bitterly cold 25 degree morning. Chuck.

  9. Today’s jumble’s in the land of down under

Where this golfer has made a big blunder

    Ball’s way out of play

    This just isn’t his day

And now he’s left to wonder…..

How on earth to retrieve the ball

Try to jump? That might result in a fall.

    Oh what will he do

    This senior kangaroo

Who was once able to do it all!

    Helen

  10. 🤷🏻‍♂️When you’re reaching that point in your life,
When some tasks tend to bring on the strife…
    Bitter pill, yes to swallow,
When all through one can’t follow…
    But it needn’t cut like a knife…

🤦🏻‍♂️Things that once were just par for the course,
Now tend to cause sighs of remorse…
Where the mind may see fit,
    The body? To wit?
Is telling you that there’s discourse…🤦🏻‍♂️

🏌🏻‍♂️Like Grandpa we see here today,
Playing golf in his usually way…
    ‘Cept going out of bounds,
Where his ball has been found?
Has caused his game to be waylaid…🏌🏻‍♂️

🤷🏻‍♂️Jump a fence? Well seems those days are gone,
And while yes, making one feel forlorn…
    Common sense must prevail,
    Knowing when one will fall…
    Let’s face it…lines in the sand drawn…🤷🏻‍♂️

👍🏻So to our Grandpa seen here today,
We say…”Don’t stress, there are other ways…
    What you can’t do alone,
    There’s no need to bemoan…
Just ‘cause black and white’s now turned to gray”! 👍🏻

  11. Getting the hang of double-blind solves (sure way to jinx my two-day streak 😉 -JRay
