The last three days have been pretty challenging for me ! I wrote down FINITE but was very questionable it was right and it was ! I rolled my eyes and said Whoosh ! So I got the anagrams and the jumble I had a lot of words to choose from ! I saw Trick , Pick and was trying to justify it about trash pickup , so I went with PICK and then tried OF , but couldn’t see LITTER right away ! I had to really study it , and then I guessed it ! Not very smooth but a nice cap of the week Saturday ! So ok , I’ll stop talking trash ! Everyone have a great weekend !!!!
Good morning. Like Jim I thought Finite was wrong and when I couldn’t come up with anything else I checked and realized I had it all along. No blind solve but once the letters were down it was solved fairly quick. Happy Waffle Day. If I only knew I would have saved yesterdays breakfast for today. Oh well. It’s interesting how the same word LITTER is used to mean either kittens or trash, and in addition the word is used to refer to where cats do their thing. This after seeing on Bill Maher’s New Rules last night a picture of stuffed chairs put out by the roadside entitled SITTY LITTER.

Let’s talk trash here this morning. Got the anagrams and cartoon solution without difficulty. We got new trash cans here in San Francisco a while back but like everything else here there was weeping and gnashing of teeth about which one to select, some were esthetically pleasing but not practical, others practical but not pretty etc. etc. etc. For heavens sake, just pick something that holds the garbage?
