I’m not really sure. The only thing I can think of is that maybe at the time this puzzle was submitted for publication, Ms Swift was holding the #1 spot on the Billboard charts for that number of weeks.   3. 🤷🏻‍♀️With words like MUSKET, PELVIC and OUTBID, all phonetically reasonable in her opinion, the Mother felt confident that her son would do well on the spelling final…but she worried about LOTION, MYSTIC and BIRDIE…feeling there wasn’t a REMOTE POSSIBILITY that he’d remember those two…🤷🏻‍♀️

  7. Struggled for a blind solve, so unscrambled anagrams to try for an answer. Didn’t find any words to fit until Marsha said first word might be REMOTE. Then I saw the little starlet holding the remote, not a mic….how could I have missed that. And thus, the second word fell into place. Clever little Sunday puzzle.   8. No problem with the anagrams, but despite having all the letters, I was completely stumped by the cartoon, I was misled by thinking the first word was system rather than remote, so I was dead in the water regarding the long multi lettered second word! Chuck.

  10. This was a nice Sunday funday ! I got all the anagrams , but they really had me thinking ! I was unsure of a couple but wrote them down and was pleased that I got them ! The jumble started out nice when I also saw the microphone she was using was the remote and that clicked ! The o’s and p and y and the old saying REMOTE POSSIBILITY , came to me , and I was pleased for a Funday Sunday ! Nice one to head into a new week of fun jumbles !! Angela , your joke was put together so funny with that Monkees song ! And yes Jeff’s gems and David’s part are the best ! This one was a fun Sunday Funday jumble , everyone have a great day !!!!!!

  12. Good afternoon. Boy this took me forever to accomplish. I had difficulty with all the words. Had put the paper aside a few time. Finally I was down to one which I gave up on and it was of all words Lotion. The cartoon answer was just as tough for me so I again put it aside and did some shopping. When I got back to it I finally was able to get the answer. Now that I’m free to enjoy everyone’s post I’ll grab a cup of coffee and commence to read. Until tomorrow take care.
