Today, we find ourselves at a TV Station, WJMBL, where the 5 o’clock NEWS is in progress. And the Anchorwoman, Bebe NEWSwirth, is having a BITE to eat during commercial break. The news reporter outside Barnes & GLOBAL covering the crowd that’s gathered awaiting the release of the latest Jumble book…This puzzle definitely has INTERNATIONAL apPEAL…and a rather bePUDDLEed, I mean befuddled looking weatherman during a 17-day forecast, seemingly checking something on his phone…17 days? Talk about long-range…No wonder he looks like he’s in a FOG…he’s probably checking to see WEATHER or not he’s getting it right…and that’s not INGEST…

Wow ! This taco-Tuesday won’t give me any tacos ! The anagrams were all there , but I just had to stay INDOOR on that one ! Now the jumble , I couldn’t find a word that relates to an anchorman on tv , but then I saw SOUND, but I was in doubt about BITES, cause I just haven’t heard that word in a long time ! So this one was a confusing solve ! I bet if that anchorman was eating tacos , I would have seen it ! But wow , I was really stumped on that one ! So let’s have a no-hump Wednesday tomorrow !!!!!

Good morning. Zipped right to the cartoon puzzle. There it took some time and when I came up with the answer I still wasn’t positive because I thought the last word should have quotation marks. Guess I overthink it a little bit. After all I only beat the brain out in an english test once with a 98 in 5th or 6th grade. My one brief moment of glory in school. Until tomorrow take care.

The words were all easy. For the answer, I first saw ‘suite bonds’. That made no sense. From that, I saw SOUND, which left BITES. Kind of indirect, but it worked.
