Hedren MEATS the onslaught with a fret about salami…and Tippi can’t believe wHATs happening…Seems like there’s never a GULL moment…But the SHORE thing? That Signature Sinking Sailboat…it always BUOYS one’s spirit…

what a great way to start the week ! I got all the anagrams , but one that I really had to FIGURE out ! But oh well the jumble with the many seagulls brought out BIRDS band the letters left were FOR THE m ! This one reminded me of when we went to visit our daughter and grand children, we went to the beach and layed out a blanket and ate some food , but there were these little seagulls there just waiting for our food. ! This was a fun way to start the week ! Good analysis of the jumble and seagulls Angela , always good to see it thoroughly thru ! Bring on taxi-Tuesday !!!!!

Yes, will have to agree…a really easy-peasy Monday. An immediate blind solve, then all the anagrams literally spelled themselves out, except maybe FIGURE, which took an extra few seconds to FIGURE out. Very prolific writings this morning, and yes, it does remind me of the movie, sorta.

Good morning. Thank goodness for Mondays which usually are an ease into a start of a new week. This one did not disappoint us. The only word that made you think for a second longer was the last one. The cartoon answer was not a blind solve and I was stuck until the Lightning bolt hit me and I actually blurted out For the 🦅. I heard a similar story about the guys throwing the corn that you pop to watch the birds explode. Have no idea if it’s fact or fiction. The guy swore it was true. Keep in mind that this was said maybe 30 years ago. We no longer throw uncooked rice at weddings to protect the birds. Until tomorrow take care.

Yes, those gulls like to swoop down fast
Don’t leave food around – it won’t last
They see the chance of bite
They’ll descend in full flight
The nerve of them leaves you aghast!
This reminds me of the time my son placed his newly-purchased hot dog just to the side of the green on the golf course while he prepared to putt. A gull swooped down and took the meat but left the bun.
After endless dreary days here, the sun has managed to break through the clouds! All the snow has been washed away though.
