Ok…Today I think we may be going down memory lane with Jeff’s dogs, Fifi and Gizmo. Sadly, Jeff and Kathy lost Fifi, the black Papillon, in November of ‘23, but she and Gizmo were quite the frisky duo. A FRIENDLY, frisky duo…And if you: 1- pay attention to the question, (= “Finished”, “back to”’, 2- study the dialogue (YEARS), 3- heed the quotation marks, telling us there’s a PLAY on words, and 4- note the vacuum cleaner filled with FUR?..There’s no BONE of contention here today, Folks…Our easy, breezy solve?…The dogs were back to being…FRIENDS “FUR-EVER”… https://tinyurl.com/3whps8fu
Jeff’s💎Gems? Fifi’s heart tag…The rope, the bone, the ball, the double loop pull toy…the aforementioned vacuum cleaner…and especially the portrait of Fifi and Gizmo on the wall. It’s August…and these are the dog days…
So…There you have it, Folks…Done, Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who decided to open a dog grooming business. Not heeding my advice that it was a RUFF line of work, he, being who he is, was PAWSitive that he could handle it and he went ahead. But he eventually realized that he BIT off more then he could CHEW…and ended up FLEAing the business…And once again, he’s left with his TAIL BETWEEN HIS LEGS, acting like a HEEL, and unLEASHing his angst at all of us. And I, once again, find myself having to tell him to stop hitching his WAGGIN’ to every star…But has he HERD me this time?…Hard to tell with him…I guess we’ll just have to wait until his next SHIH TZU…🐕🦺🙋🏻♀️
🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️The two teens, known as FRIENDS FOREVER, were trying to FIGURE out the learning CURVE…but with no FLUID thoughts between them…were left totally UNSURE…🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♀️

The FIGURE of a ship he thought…with shine so bright and new
Still UNSURE if she’d like it…though it did seem rather clever…
He wanted a gift perfect since they had been FRIENDS FOREVER…👫🏻

Can create quite the great whoop-de-do…
Very frisky at play,
Mostly day after day…
And it’s multiplied of course with two…🐕🦺

Since each dog has its own special ways…
So they may duke it out,

Anagrams were a quick solve,but not so for the cartoon,as there were too many letters,and as usual,the hyphenated,in quotes cartoon puzzle did me in . Maybe having the tacos last night,rather than today on Taco Tuesday was the problem.Chuck.
