    🎣 Before the years would VANISH, to a certain DEGREE,
    Dad wanted quality time spent…and made a point that he…
    Would be KNOWN as a great Father, it always struck a CHORD,
    And so with his son memories made…to be forever stored
    He taught his son the way to fish…and gladly took a look.
    At how he quickly caught on…loving how now HE WAS HOOKED…🎣

    …And here’s hoping there’ll be many more hobbies they can STICK together with…

    So…Today…A Father, Jason BAITman, and his son, Chip, fishing together for the first time. And as beginner’s luck would have it, Chip HOOKED a fish on his first try.     The kid’s definitely a CHIP off the old block! And there’ll be no CARPing or FLOUNDERing around here today…’cause we definitely CAUGHT another break with this easy, breezy one…We SCALEd it down to size in no time…

    So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who loves telling fish jokes. His latest: There was a monastery experiencing financial trouble, so the inhabitants decided to open a Fish & Chips business in order to raise money. One night a customer knocked on the door, and a monk answered. Customer: “Hi, are you the FISH FRIAR”?..”No”, he answered, “I’m the CHIP MONK”…And since I wasn’t all that impressed, and HADDOCK with his dumb jokes, I was just aBAIT to tell him so…but decided, just for the HALIBUT…not to be SHELLfish, and I laughed politely instead. MINNOW him well enough to know that he’s always FISHING for a complement and since he’s been known to go to exSTREAMS about it, I just didn’t want him to feel like a total faiLURE…🎣🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🕵🏻‍♂️ KNOWN for his investigative skills, when things suddenly started to VANISH, it hit a CHORD to a certain DEGREE…and HE WAS HOOKED on the case…🕵🏻‍♂️

    🤷🏻‍♂️He knew he needed a DEGREE, of course it struck a CHORD,
    But he was KNOWN to VANISH and right now he can’t afford
    To fail these last few finals, or for sure his goose is cooked…
    But wanderlust kept calling him..for years now HE WAS HOOKED…🤷🏻‍♂️

    There’s so many things that can be done…
    Finding hobbies to share,
    Making them quite the pair…
    And a lifetime of memories’ begun…👍🏻

    🎣 And if fishing is what Dad enjoys,
    He’ll want to share it with his boys…
    So he hopes that the lads,
    Will also be glad…
    Out on a lake…without life’s noise…🎣

    👍🏻 Peace and quiet as Dad teaches bait,
    Hoping that his young boy can relate…
    How to do it just right,
    And then feel the delight…
    Of relaxing and learning to wait…👍🏻

    🤞🏻And our boy today caught on real fast,
    Landed a fish with first line he cast…
    And our Dad, he’s so proud,
    As he says aloud…
    “I’m hoping this feeling will last”…🤞🏻

    All it took was the very first look…

    On the line he held taut…

  6. We’re on a pattern of easy breezy jumbles anf today continues with a no hump Wednesday ! I got all the anagrams and the jumble with three words and the first two He Was gave HOOKED right away ! I really enjoyed your post Angela ! It was really descriptive and entertaining !! And your friends play on words was funny ! What a great midweek jumble to take us to the weekend !!!
