MIMES…I just took a quick look…and found a puzzle in 2011, ‘12, ‘14, three in ‘17, another in ‘18 and ‘19…and…I gave up after that…So I think it’s safe to SAY that David has an affinity of some sort that’s pretty BLACK AND WHITE…
So…Today…A park, who knows where…And a beleaguered mime who seems to have lost his beret…and instead is sporting a cap that’s NOT MUCH TO TALK ABOUT…And I don’t mean to judge, but that stomach of his? SO…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friends, who told us he was considering trying his HAND at being a mime….that he’d been thinking about it for years, but he kept it QUIET, but felt now was the time to SPEAK up about it. And despite us telling him that it wasn’t all BLACK AND WHITE as far as making a living…that a successful mime was pretty much UNHEARD of…and that if SILENCE is golden why are there mimes working the streets for spare change…he just WAVED us off…He said he was tired of feeling BOXED in working in an office, and he’d enjoy being outdoors. So he went for it… Sadly though, within the first few hours, he upset some people in the park…and they all ended up in a fight, doing UNSPEAKABLE things to one another…so much so that the police were called. And to hear him tell it, it added insult to injury when the police laughingly told him he had the right to REMAIN SILENT….Truth be told, I was SPEECHLESS for a moment…and my SILENCE mist have SPOKEN volumes, because then we all laughed too…And I told him there were just NO WORDS to describe how he’s always BOXing himself into a corner with these HEARbrained ventures of his…And to COIN a phrase, don’t do the MIME if you can’t do the time…And that’s when he told me to MIME my own business…Figures…when it comes to taking advice?…It’s always been a MUTE point with him…😷🙋🏻♀️

🤷🏻♀️The FERVOR needed to write the ad for the new “PICKUP” JARGON was NOTHING TO SPEAK OF…and while they discussed it all, she prepared the BATTER for her RAISIN muffins…hoping for a SMOOTH resolution…🤷🏻♀️
🤦🏻♂️ He couldn’t PICKUP on the JARGON, he figured he just wasn’t SMOOTH,
And BATTER his brain as he tried to…his nerves he was hoping to soothe…
He munched on a fresh RAISIN bagel, he wished he had FERVOR to spare,
But nothing was helping this morning…his just couldn’t get his thoughts clear…
He’s worried that he’ll never get it…and then when it’s push come to shove…
He’s going to be left with egg on his face…because there’s NOTHING TO SPEAK OF! 🤦🏻♂️

They’re just not all that easy to find…
