Good Morning, Everyone …I hope this finds you well… 🏆WHERE THERE’S A WHEEL…THERE’S A WAY🏆
🎶 HERE’S TO THE WINNERS – lift up the glasses…Here’s to the glory still to be…Here’s to the battle, whatever it’s for…To ask the best of ourselves, then give much more…🎶…”Winners” – Mr Frank Sinatra 1973 https://tinyurl.com/9mpjb9aj
🏆 Richard Petty had the FERVOR, it would PUDDLE up inside, To him it was UTOPIA…to get out there and ride… His skill one did ADMIRE…consensus all the same, (Oh that word should be CENSUS…at least for this here game) He did ACCRUE a share of wins…the man stayed in the lead… ‘Twas truly an example…a man DRIVEN TO SUCCEED…🏆
Today…The Nascar Cup Races… https://tinyurl.com/n265ehr7 …And another example of the use of a well-known idiom DRIVING home the puzzle’s solution…And we’re all the more RICHer for it…
So…No great REVelations with this one… Once aGAIN it speaks for itself…We see Richard Petty, https://tinyurl.com/ymu97dnt, a Race Car DRIVER, standing in front of one of his many cars, next to one of his many trophies…And with our question giving us “winning” = SUCCEED, and it repeated in our dialogue, along with the key word “motivates” = DRIVEN…This solve fell right into our LAPS…and was brought to a SPEEDy CLOSE…Richard Petty is someone…DRIVEN TO SUCCEED… https://tinyurl.com/5n6sv32x …And we’ve crossed the FINISH LINE in RECORD TIME!
Jeff’s💎Gems? Look closely at the patches on Richard’s chest and sleeve. One reads “Jumble”, and the other bears the Signature Jumble J…And look “up in the sky…It’s a bird, it’s a plane”…It’s a blimp…stating “Petty Wins”…
So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And I was going to leave the TAIL END of this with a little story about one of my friends, but I’m just too EXHAUSTed to go into it all. Maybe tomorrow, when I’m not so TIREd…🏆🙋🏻♀️
…And before that…The puzzle of May 26th, 2013…”The winner of the Indianapolis 500 was this”…DRIVEN TO SUCCEED…OJYNE! 🔠🙋🏻♀️

📋Discussing the CENSUS, and the huge PUDDLE, so to speak, of data it would ACCRUE, they were DRIVEN TO SUCCEED…since they couldn’t help but ADMIRE the FERVOR that was put forth…it wasn’t UTOPIA, but it did inspire…📋
☔️UTOPIA it wasn’t but they had the FERVOR still, To be a CENSUS worker…and ACCRUE data with skill… The pouring rain on this here day…a PUDDLE fight for sure… ADMIRE those out working…trying hard to balance score They’re hoping that the rain lets up…so they could pick up speed… But stalwart is the group of them…they’re DRIVEN TO SUCCEED…☔️

Hi Anonymous, my way to play Jumble during the week is to go online to daytondailynews.com/dailyjumble and on Sunday to games.dailystar.co.uk Afterwards you can go to the jumbleanswers site to see correct answers. One click just to see the answers to the scrambled words then a second click to see the total answer to the puzzle and also read the comments if you’d like. I hope that might help make things less frustrating for you. Arleen

No complete blind solve for me this morning, but I did come up with DRIVE (or a derivative ) to start me thinking. So, I plugged away at the anagrams to get the answer, but never did solve ACCRUE. Oh well, on somewhat of a losing streak this weekend. Thanks for the Sinatra song….it’s not one of his most popular ones. Must look up the details in a minute or two. Have a great Sunday, Angela, and thanks for the post. Terry
A good Sunday pickup after a stumble on the Sunday Jumble, thanks for posting. Chuck.

The admire anagram got me as I thought it was a misspelled married, then the multi lettered cartoon got me as well. Not a good Jumble Sunday! Chuck.

Good morning Sunday Funday ! Got in late last night and that affected my mind a little this morning ! But for a Sunday , the anagrams were nice and there ! FERVOR threw me off though ! But the jumble , was right down the speedway path with Richard Petty ! So this was a good Sunday Funday jumble for me ! And Angela your post was very good and fun to read , your song choice and your description of why you didn’t have your friends story was STEERing in the right direction ! Very funny ! So let’s start a new jumble week , Monday and have some fun !!!!!!

Easy solve for me today but didn’t get ‘admire’ until after I solved the puzzle. I have a hard time with words that have many vowels.

It’s good to want to succeed
Though nothing is guaranteed
But success should be shared
And we should all be prepared
To model for others to take the lead!
And on the topic of succeeding, congratulations to all you American jumblers on your country’s Olympic successes. Canada had a very respectable showing too, as did my native UK.

My first thought was driven to success but lacking the proper letters I did come up with succeed. Happy Sunday all! Betty
