🐕🦺 You won’t find OMEGA 3 here, a STYLUS or green tea,
This new shop just will center ‘round keeping your dog COMFY…
No one here will REBUKE you for bringing in your pet,
And prices will be structured so you’ll hardly be in debt…
Our girls are feeling confident, their spirits on a high…
And they’re hoping that patrons find it EASY TO COME “BUY”…🐕🦺
You definitely won’t be BARKING up the wrong tree with this one, Folks…We’re ending the week as EASY, breezy as we started it…’Cause DOGgone it…there’s no way you can TAIL me that there’s anything RUFF about this at all…it’s a WALK IN THE PARK…
So…Today…The day before the grand opening of “Belly Rubs – Dog Treats & Toys”…a new shop on KENNEL Lane. And our two proprietors, Mary PUPpins and Sharon BONE, confident that people will BUY, couldn’t be happier…in fact, it’s the LEASH they can do to contain their excitement…Having picked the perfect location, = EASY, right BY the local dog park, they can’t igGNAW talk of how the momentum is building…and feeling FLEASed as punch, they’re PAWsitive that customers will be…EASY TO COME “BUY”…https://tinyurl.com/2kn8339h …And HOWL’s that for a LICKety-split solve?…
Jeff’s💎Gems? While Mary holds a box of “Fetch ‘Ems”, Sharon’s seen FETCHING bones from a box to line a bin. There’s various leashes hanging on the wall, and behind Sharon a box of “Squeakies” are on the floor, holding a pig, a bear, and Sponge Bob, among others. And a puppy can be seen looking out the window at a woman passing BUY, walking her dog…all the while smiling upward at the store’s sign…
So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who recently kept me waiting for an appointment we had. When he finally showed up he said he lost track of time because he was watching his dog chase its tail for 15 minutes…and couldn’t help thinking how “dogs” are so easily entertained…Whereas I had to remind him that “he” just watched his dog chase its tail for 15 minutes…And would you believe he had to think it over?…I SHIH TZU not…🐕🦺🙋🏻♀️

👍🏻 Since the new STYLUS, dubbed the “OMEGA”, was so EASY TO COME BY, he decided to stay home and get COMFY, knowing he had no reason to REBUKE anyone over it…👍🏻
🤷🏻♂️He coveted the STYLUS selling in the antique shop, He wished that he was COMFY ‘nough to buy it for his Pop… ‘Twas alpha to OMEGA as far as he’s concerned, But he’s sure his wife’d REBUKE him if money he would burn He knows his Dad would love it…but he feels his hands are tied… A find like this though …so rare…and not EASY TO COME BY…🤷🏻♂️

🐕🦺 Dog owners just love buying toys, And so many of them make a noise… When pets chew them apart, Sometimes right from the start… Always lacking the least bit of poise…🐕🦺
🧸Pet toys definitely a business to stay, As these toys just get eaten away… So the owners spend more, On these playthings du jour… And that’s what we are seeing today…🧸
👭🏻Two friends, dog lovers, opened a shop, And their merchandise definitely the top… And the location picked, For their mortar and brick… Is one where it’s easy to stop…👭🏻
🗣️With the dog park right there on the way, The foot traffic is great during the day… And it’s already heard, The spreading of good word… So it’s looking that they’re bound to stay…🗣️
🐕🦺 Here’s to “Belly Rubs” and its success, Since the dog lovers want nothing less… Then to pamper their pets, Money spent…no regrets… And our girls picked the perfect address! 🐕🦺
Today is an easy day to blame for not figuring out the jumble ! I had a fun Friday on the anagrams that made me eager to see the jumble , but it really stumped me ! I got 3 words I think , but it was hard to make it look right ! So I’m not gonna let this day get in the way of the right jumble path ! Your song made it better Angela ! I’ve always liked that one by Paul Anka ! I feel so bad that I couldn’t end the work week like the rest of the days of smooth jumbles ! Oh well , it was always fun ! Thank you Angela for having the foundation of all the jumbles for everyone to be part of ! Everyone have a good TGIF !!!!!!

Good morning. No problem with the words but the cartoon answer ran right by me. I came up blank even after staring at the thirteen letters. Loved your song choice Angela and a little chuckle on your ending comment. Until tomorrow take care.

Not an easy TGIF puzzle for me, either. No blind solve for sure, and with anagrams complete, I struggled with fitting the letters into something cohesive. But after a 15 minute struggle, I saw COME….and then EASY….and that got me over the hump. Love the song….and singer…and always appreciate Anka’s composing talents. Funny joke, Angela. Thanks for the nice post. Terry

I did not have a walk in the park this morning. …I SHIH TZU not…🐕🦺🙋🏻♀️LOL. I got through the anagrams OK, even with Stylus which is not exactly an everyday word for me. I just couldn’t come up with solve. I should have walked away and come back to it later. I did enjoy the great song by Paul Anka and it was fun to see the video of Dick Clark. Good thing it’s a Friday. Today is NATIONAL PEANUT DAY…Beer ye, beer ye! 🥜🍺
Thanks, Stan

YW, Stan, and I’m sorry that I’m just seeing this now. For some reason it was in the trash folder… I’ve no idea how, and I didn’t check there all day…Glad you got a laugh or two though, despite not getting the solve. Tk you, 🐕🦺🙋🏻♀️

I solved the anagrams rather easily but was intimidated at first by the multitude of letters and 4 word cartoon phrase. But easy to come popped into mind quickly followed ‘buy’ the complete answer. Chuck.

Loved the Paul Anka song reference as he’s one of my favorite singers. Another Anka note is that he composed the Frank Sinatra hit,”My Way”. Chuck.

Tougher today for me too but got it after about 30 minutes, much longer than usual. Omega took the longest. Words with more than two vowels never pop out easily for me. See many had trouble so offering a tip my high school social studies teacher taught me. Separate out the vowels and consonants. I put the vowels on top and consonants below and the word pops out more easily. That social studies teacher ‘Ms. Hebert’ got me started on the Jumble. It is an amusing story I’ll tell in a couple of days or so. Need to get started with the day. Happy Friday!

Hi Mateo…Ms Herbert may have shared her tip with you, but it’s a safe bet that it didn’t originate with her. Separating vowels from consonants has long been a tactic used by many people playing this game. I’ve even heard others say that they write the letters in a circle. I don’t get either one, but then I don’t resort to pen and paper…yet still, I’ve heard many players over the years say that the various methods help. Who knows…Whatever works, right?…All roads lead to Rome! 😉🙋🏻♀️
