    🤜🏻🤛🏻There’s a weekend get-together…they’re thrilled that they BELONG,

    To this close group of co-workers…they even penned a song…

    It’s just a little DITTY for PIANO that they share,

    And it did earn them a write-up in a COLUMN late last year

    They’re definitely a happy group, always in harmony…

    And feel themselves quite lucky always IN GOOD COMPANY 🤜🏻🤛🏻

    Yes…we did see BELONG just two days ago…but hey…what’s a repeat word amongst FRIENDS?…It’s a gift…as is our easy, breezy solve…

    So…Today…The break room of a store of some sort and four very happy employees. And if the word “business” = COMPANY alone in our question didn’t make this easy enough WORK for you…the extreme positivity of the dialogue had to do the JOB.     Jeff’s💎Gems? He really went to WORK with this one…The bulletin board announcing the Store’s get-together, and a pad of “Take Ones”…A time clock. The coffee station, with a stand of single-serve K-cups, a container of stirrers, and a bit odd, the employee pouring from a carafe…I guess the Keurig is off to the side. The newspaper…featuring two of David and Jeff’s games…Jumble, of course, and Boggle Brain Busters…with a third game that looks to be a crossword grid…But the big SELLer for me today? Look very closely at the plate of donuts and bagels…the one at front? It shows a happy face…Now that’s RAISIN the bar, IMO…

    So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who recently went for a job interview. The interviewer asked him what he thought was his worst quality. My friend answered that it would probably be that he was too honest. And when the man replied that that wasn’t bad at all…that being honest is a good quality..here’s where my friend said…”I really don’t care what you think”…And yes, he’s still out of work…but you gotta at least give him points for consistency…🤜🏻🤛🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

    • Using BELONG twice in three days must be a record for the quickest reuse of a word. Certainly easier to solve the second time.

      • I’m thinking the same thing, Dennis. And I spoke with David earlier this morning regarding one of his games…and forgot to mention it. I doubt anyone will fail to solve it this time around…🙋🏻‍♀️

        • About a half hour after I posted my comment, we had a magnitude 4.7 earthquake here near LA. I guess BELONG was an earth shattering event. No damage here.

  6. Wow ! I almost was able to quench my thirst on this Thursday ! , but my mind saw a few different words ! The anagrams were all there for me ! But the jumble , I saw Paid , Pay , Good , and I just couldn’t piece it together , but I was on the right path ! Man , I guess I got a little lazy again ! I think my brain was wore out still from the debate ! Well , I usually see your post Angela and it’s a little out of the ordinary , that it’s not here yet ! I hope everything is ok and you’re just resting ! Anyway , one song that just came to me that just has the word Good in it , is “ Johnny-be-Good ,! Take care and have a wonderful thirsty-Thursday !

  7. Wow, I must be sleepy this morning. I saw the K cups on the counter but, I didn’t register that the guy was pouring coffee from a carafe! and the happy face on the doughnut? I guess I need to pull out the magnifying glass again LOL. Thank you Angela. Have a great day everyone.

  8. Good morning. Not much difficulty here today. No blind solve but I bet I was in good company in solving the answer once the letters were put down. Enjoyed your song choice Angela. What’s not to like when you have great friends. Life would be dull without them. Until tomorrow take care.

  10. Similar to the other comments, I was able to solve the cartoon after getting the letters from the solved anagrams. Angela, did you notice the “God bless America “ comment yesterday from a ‘Chuck’ , as I commented not from this Chuck.
