    🚗 His behavior far from NORMAL his disdain was hard to hide,
    He thought he was so TRENDY, but he just came off as snide…
    A judge with his own GAVEL, the impression that he gave,
    It sent her for a WHIRL..Is this how salesmen should behave?
    She told him he was out of line…there’d be no sale today…
    Or ever…since his attitude simply DROVE HER AWAY!🚗

    Used car salesmen…Let’s be HONEST…there are those that are WHEELy something…

    So…Today we find ourselves on the lot of “LEMON Aid”, a used car dealership in Whynot, North Carolina. And we can see why not…The salesman, Mel CROOKS, has DRIVEN his potential buyer, Winona RIDER, to the point that she’s ready to walk…and she’s telling him in no uncertain TERMS…Seems his sales b*&/!¥…I mean sales-pitch, leaves much to be deTIRED…Having GONE there with the intention of getting something new to DRIVE, which she can well afFORD, Winona’s walking AWAY instead, vowing to DODGE his business forever…Aggression is one thing…but trying to RAM a sale down someone’s throat?     So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who’s still TORQUEing about how he got fired, within a week, from a job at a used car dealership…Seems he told a customer that the 50/50 warranty meant 50 days or 50 miles, whichever came first…Yes, he definitely needed to TUNE UP his sales pitch…And he should have known that as a new employee he was TREADing on thin ice…But as far as he’s concerned.. they TANKed him way too quickly…And TRUST ME…after all this time, the story’s become EXHAUSTing…🚗🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. It’s time for some tacos to celebrate a great solve on both the anagrams and the jumble ! Not any problem with any of the anagrams ! And the jumble , me knowing the car business very well was your typical aggressiveness of sales that DROVE HER AWAY ! Nice way to complete a taco-Tuesday ! And Angela , I’ve never heard your song choice before , and it was perfect for this jumble ! So let’s get ready for a no-hump Wednesday !!!!

  7. No solution initially came to mind, so slogged through the anagrams to get some ideas….that’s where I first stumbled on GAVEL. But that out of the way, found DROVE and the rest was easy. I, too, was intrigued by your excellent song choice, so did a quick listen to an enjoyable tune. Ya gotta admit, used cars have come a long way in the car business. Kurt Russell in the movie, USED CARS, was kind of cute, too. Terry

  10. Easy one today with ‘normal’ taking a few seconds longer than the others. *Tip on buying cars – be a Costco member and use the Costco Auto program for big savings. Costco has already done the negotiating and would have saved this lady a lot of stress.
