The answer layout showed two words, 2 + 8. The dialogue was my biggest clue. With the circled letters written out, her mention of attitude brought POSITIVE into view. Seeing BE already arranged neatly at the end of the anagram sealed the deal. Donating blood isn’t hard. It just takes a calm hand, a good heart, and the right outlook. You just need to: BE POSITIVE.
