Good Morning, Everyone…🎶ALL WE ARE SAYING…IS GIVE PEAS A CHANCE🎶
🎶 Hambone, hambone…Where you been?…🎶..” Hambone” – Tennessee Ernie Ford & Bucky Tibbes 1952 https://tinyurl.com/wfafwhhh
🫛The each did CROOK a finger to emphasize a point, To PRESS for their opinion…we see there’s no disjoint… A dish they’ll all DEVOUR, a PRIMER the two pushed, That has to do with pea soup…and how the peas are mushed As far as whose is better…if you listen to her… That Spanish ham is what it takes for dish “SOUP-ERIOR”…🫛
Vegetables? Here EGO again …Two days in a ROW…Hmm…BEAN there, done that…
So…Today…We find ourselves in the kitchen of a restaurant…somewhere…And for some reason, the TV show “The Bear” comes to mind…But then again, anything featuring a restaurant these days brings “The Bear” to mind…so it may not be here nor BEAR…And I’m not sure if these characters are REEL or not, but I guess it really doesn’t matter, since as far as solving goes, it’s not a PEAS of the puzzle…But we do have two chefs, having prepared Split Pea SOUP, seen vying for approval from the third…obviously TOP CHEF…So I guess calling them two PEAS in a pod doesn’t fly here, because they’re obviously competing….and definitely HAMMING it up. But it looks like using “organic peas, and Jamón Ibérico” https://tinyurl.com/4uedjh29 as compared to “vegetable stock and a vegan ham bone” has POD our girl in the winning position, because she seems to have SOUPed right in to get the accolade…Yes, her Split Pea was truly…”SOUP-ERIOR”… https://tinyurl.com/4vfj5yu8 …And with the word SOUP purposely left out of our question, plus the quotation marks, there’s definitely no SPLIT decision here…And we’ve DIGESTED another easy, breezy one…
Jeff’s💎Gems? Besides the pots boiling in the background and the two taster bowls, it has to be those organic peas and that Jamón Ibérico…We know that he’s quite the accomplished cook…and he’s definitely DISHing it out here today…
So…There you have it, Folks…”Well Done”….Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who was let go from three Pan-Asian restaurants for starting fires while cooking…He was definitely a WOK-ing disaster…🫛🙋🏻♀️
…And a Shout 🗣️Out to David…All new anagrams today 🔠🙋🏻♀️

🤷🏻♂️He took a top-notch PRIMER, and began to paint the place, Got every CROOK and cranny..(oh meant nook…I should erase)… The PRESS is due tomorrow…to DEVOUR all the dirt, The story broke…and now for sure no detail will they skirt The damage done, but there’s still time to freshen the interior… And have the place presentable…though definitely not SUPERIOR…🤷🏻♂️

🥣 Comes to cooking we all have a spin, Be it consommé or a broth thin… There are so many soups, Thrown into the loop… That can please a her or a him…🥣
🧂Ingredients always the key, In a soup that’s thin or more creamy… To the meat add your pick, Or if with a soup thick… They’re what makes the dish come to be…🧂
👨🏻🍳👩🏻🍳And today’s menu’s dealing with peas, And two chefs trying so hard to please… A judge of the dish, And it’s both their wish… That they can get over with ease…👩🏻🍳👨🏻🍳
🍖But it’s looking like our girl struck gold, With the type of ham she did enfold… Chef Judge savors the taste, So it looks like no race… As “Well done” she is being told…🍖
🫛🥣Here’s to Pea Soup and all that partake, As for me…oh my…for goodness sake… Not my cup of tea, I’ll pass on the peas… With no regret left in its wake…🥣🫛
Pretty easy Jumble morning with SOUP definitely part of the solution. I must admit, that I also thought the answer might might end with SUPER, so I didn’t pursue any phrase at all, unscrambled the words and easily found the answer. Enjoy your Saturday, Angela. Terry

Good morning. I’m very closed minded when it comes to answers that are in quotation marks because it’s hit and miss with me. I I immediately got soup for the first words but didn’t know what to do with the remaining letters. After I looked up the answer it still took a few minutes to realize how simple it was. Oh well. Until tomorrow take care.

Good Morning, Paul. You know the quotation marks can really make it easier…since you know there’s going to be a pun in there… But, there’s always tomorrow, right? Take care. 🫛🙋🏻♀️

The ingredients? The very best
Chef’s discarded all the rest
The soup is divine

🫛Her ingredients not run of the mill, And of course adding more far as till… The Top Chef gave the nod, So her peas from the pod?… Will definitely fit the bill…🫛
👍🏻And the menu will probably state, That ingredients are all top rate, So the diners will taste, Pea soup…Spanish based… And hopefully label it great …👍🏻

I sampled jamon iberico last year in Barcelona. Very good, but just a bit salty for my liking.
