    • Bad news…didn’t get the joke…and am still thinking about it. Good news…a blind solve this morning. We cogitated a few minutes trying to get that first word…stumped until I saw the camera.. then it hit me, POSE, of course.. Backed in ALOUD with Marsha’s help. A great TGIF so far.   4. Good morning. No problem with the words but I drew a complete blank on the cartoon answer but hey, “It’s alright “, tomorrow is another day. I enjoyed you song choice as you can tell and after I googled your joke Angela, I got it. It’s like my humor, not everyone gets my meaning. Takes awhile to sink in. Until tomorrow take care.

  5. What a nice way to end the week on this fun Friday ! Wow ! The anagrams were ALOUD with how easy they were ! They definitely were not at the BOTTOM of the bucket ! So I’m letting this PRESS on ! Nice way to TOPPLE them ! The jumble was right there with the fashion model having to re-shoot and they were so easy going , so it did not POSE A PROBLEM ! What a great end of the week ! Angela , yes your joke I could See ! Everyone have a great Friday !!!!!!

  6. It has been a long time since I visited this website but I play Jumble every day. I had to get feedback today concerning the first clue word. After a minute, I came up with “doula” and it was not accepted. I backed into “aloud” after I figured which 3 letters were needed for the final phrase answer. I do not think this ever happened to me before. Is this unusual?

    • Hi Gary. You’re correct, doula is a viable word. I’ve mentioned to David that Aloud will need to be taken off the acceptable listing. And yes, it’s very unusual. It may have happened once or twice in the past, but as a rule there’s just one way to unscramble the given letters. Tk you for writing in. Take care and enjoy your day. 🙋🏻‍♀️

  7. I also first saw DOULA, but I figured it was not a well known word, and then quickly saw ALOUD. Overall, an easy one today, as I found PROBLEM fairly quickly.

    • Yes, me also, Dennis. But despite it most likely not being part of most people’s vernacular, it still is viable, and in fact was entered into the Merriam-Webster Dictionary as far back as 2004…So using ALOUD definitely got past the “censors”! 😉 Not the end of the world, of course, but sadly it’ll have to be one less word in the Jumble lexicon. 🤷🏻‍♀️
