  1. Good Morning, Everyone… I hope this finds you well…
    🏚️SPEND MONEY ON THIS?…GOD FOR-BODE! 🏚️

🎶“The Heart Is So Willing”🎶 – Theme from “The Money Pit” – Stephen Bishop 1986 https://tinyurl.com/yrh8xbcj

🏚️They couldn’t help but BLURT out that something isn’t right,
The agent sure a ZEALOT, but this house is just a fright…
The wall so cracked, an open WOUND is what leaps into mind,
There’s nothing PEACHY ‘bout this place…it’s definitely not “a find”…
It doesn’t look like what they thought…there’s no way it’ll sell…
The “Money Pit”’s what comes to mind..and doesn’t “ABODE” WELL! 🏚️

° ABODE – The place where one lives…
So…Today…A SQUEAL Estate situation…And we have HAL NO, and his wife NO-nette, meeting with the R E agent, OVA LOOK. In the market for a new ABODE, our couple is stunned to see what they hoped WOOD be their dream home…and instead found themselves thinking “The Money Pit”… https://tinyurl.com/y4fv8xvz …a great comedy…only they’re not laughing… Because between the fence, the roof, the front door, the outside light, the interior walls, even the ceiling fan…it’s not all it’s CRACKED up to be, and it’s CASHING them to worry…Things are definitely not going WELL…Let’s face it, Folks, you expect a few highs and LOWE’S when looking to buy a house, but there’s no way they could HAMMER out the details on this place…And yes, it’s a bit heart-WRENCHing for Hal and No-nette, but they’re not looking to be SHACKled to a place in such disrepair. And too bad for OVA too, but there’s no way she’s NAILING down this one. So….with all this under your TOOL belt…plus PAYING attention to those quotation marks? You know the DRILL…The bottom line? …It just doesn’t “ABODE” WELL.. https://tinyurl.com/zmbankuj

So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And I have this great do-it-yourself joke, but I’m still working on it. I have to HAMMER out a few kinks and NAIL the delivery…I’d hate to SCREW it up..🏚️🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤷🏻‍♀️It didn’t BODE WELL that the WOUND took on a PEACHY tinge, and being the ZEALOT that she was, she couldn’t help but BLURT out that she needed attention…🤷🏻‍♀️

🙇🏻‍♂️The ZEALOT, always WOUND up, he couldn’t help but BLURT
That things were hardly PEACHY keen ‘cause his feelings were hurt…
He really was annoyed right now and couldn’t help but yell…
“I’m angry with the lot of you…and things do not BODE WELL”…🙇🏻‍♂️

  3. This thirsty-Thursday made me thirsty for a solve in two of the anagrams ! My brain must be squeezed out cause I could not get very PEACHY ! And ZEALOT was just not there ! Now the jumble had me trying a few words and made me re-count the L’s and the E’s , cause I got WELL , but I left the E out of the remaining letters , but when I found it , I got it ! It didn’t ABODE WELL , but I’ll take it ! Angela , your words about the house should be a song and then maybe you could Home a few notes ! Everyone have a great thirsty-Thursday !!!!!

  4. Good morning. Zipped through the words because when it came to zealot I actually had a mental picture of the spelling from the last time we had it. It must have given me a rough time. I got the cartoon answer because the second word had to be well but after awhile, the only word I could make with the remaining letters was abode which I thought was wrong. Puzzle solved but with little appreciation for the final answer. Until tomorrow take care.

  5. This house is little more than a shell,
    And not attractive to sell
    Unless you’re a do-it-yourself
It’ll be left on the shelf
So I think I’ll bid it farewell!

  6. Zealot? Got me big time. After looking that up, letters led to a quick cartoon solve with well followed by abode well!

  7. Paused at zealot but other than that things fell into place nicely this morning. Puzzle reminded me of that Rosemary Clooney song “This Ole House”. Happy Thursday all!

      • Good evening. Thanks Angela for that Rosemary Clooney song. Now that was enjoyable. Take care.

        • Good Evening, Paul…LOL! You like what you like! YW…and a nod to Betty too…’cause even though it crossed my mind last night, I let it pass in favor of The Money Pit…but after she mentioned it, it was too hard to resist! 😉 Enjoy your night, Paul. Take care. 🏚️🙋🏻‍♀️

      • Thank you, Miss Angela. I really like that song and thought Rosemary Clooney was a really good entertainer.

        • Sorry I’m getting back to you so late, Betty. YVW…And I agree on both counts…Have a good night…🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Hi Everyone – First thought of Cheapy, which is an actual word Cheapie. Got a kick out of your names for the parties, Angela.

    • Late start for some reason…no blind solve Thirsty Thursday…but with anagrams solved, an easy solution…though somewhat cryptic.
