  1. Good Morning, Everyone…. 🏘️ STAYING ON TRACT 🏘️

🎶 Oh, we’ve got LOTS IN COMMON where it really counts…Where it really counts, we’ve got large amounts…What we look like doesn’t count an ounce…We’ve got lots in common where it really counts ..🎶 “We’ve Got Lots in Common” – (From Charlotte‘s Web) – performed by: Henry Gibson, Debbie Reynolds and Dave Madden 1973 https://tinyurl.com/47vrfr4r

🏘️ No house looked like an IGLOO, but they did all look the same,
And OUNCE for ounce they earned a place in cookie-cutter fame…
The color of hand LOTION, a pretty shade of beige,
No MAYHEM caused by rivalry, they all were built to gauge
The Subdivision and its Folks were mostly pretty charmin’…
A group of middle class neighbors who had A LOT IN COMMON!🏘️

Funny…We just had a “Home” themed puzzle two days ago, and here we are again today. Hmm…Is David BUILDING up to something? Is he going down a particular TRACT? Is this some sort of LANDmark decision? Probably none of these…but let’s face it, what PUN would that be? It’s probably just a fly-BUY-night coincidence…

So…Subdivisions…The epitome of home equality… but are they atTRACTive? IDK…To each his HOME, I guess…But I do know people who have worked building these “Cookie-Cutter” communities…and all too often developers are notorious for CUTting corners…Let the buyer beWHERE…

Anyway…Today we find ourselves in Anywhere, USA. Standing outdoors with three neighbors discussing the “Sold” sign announcing the coming of another. And this was another puzzle easy to bring on HOME…Our question giving us “Home Sites” = LOTS, and our dialogue PLOTting the rest out for us…”Tell the new place from all the others” and “All our PARCELS (LOTS) look the same” = COMMON. No grass is greener, no YARD is larger, no YAWN, I mean lawn is landscaped any differently…’Cause these residents had…A LOT IN COMMONhttps://tinyurl.com/yc4atkk3 …And as far as our solve goes?…I’m SOLD!

So…There you have it Folks.Done. Have a good one. Be well. Be kind, stay safe…and this puzzle reminded me of something a Realtor friend of mine told me a while ago about a buyer that wasn’t all that sharp… When my friend handed him the buyer agreement and said, “Sign here at the bottom”…the guy wrote “Sagittarius”…🏘️🙋🏻‍♀️

    • No blind solve, but after solving easy anagrams.. and finding A LOT…we got it. Easier joke today. Enjoy your Saturday

  2. 💰Despite them having A LOT IN COMMON, the two executives were at complete odds over the pricing of the new LOTION advertised as being “as cool as an IGLOO”…at $250. an OUNCE, one was sure it would lead to MAYHEM amongst middle-class shoppers…💰

🥶The party had a unique theme…it centered on things cold,
An ice sculptor of an IGLOO made from a solid mold…
Gift bags all held a LOTION, a soft icy blue tinge,
Cold appetizers, OUNCE by ounce, for everyone to binge
No sign of any MAYHEM, the night would be all fun…
Especially since the membership had A LOT IN COMMON!🥶
