    In forests, deserts, mountains…are where these beasts reside…
    We’re in the Serengeti…and there’s a lot AFOOT…
    The scientists, both thrilled today for the camera input…
    A safe distance they’re keeping…so no problem to DEFUSE,
    They seem to be quite lucky…not one animal’s a ‘snooze
    And overhearing as they speak, softly as in a purr…
    They marvel at the sight they see…to them “FOURS” OF NATURE…🐘🦒

And with them all being 4-footed (QUAD) animals, and Teri using the word “Powerful” (= FORCE OF) plus those ever so tell-TAIL quotation marks…I’d be LION if I said there was any reason to PAWS on this one…And I HIPPOS ZOO all agree…Let’s face it, Folks, FOUR what it’s worth, this one CUDn’t be any easier…The Zoologist considered them a …”FOURS” OF NATURE… https://tinyurl.com/27bjr8hs …And RHINO you had this one done in no time…

  6. I was thirsty on this Thursday! I got all the anagrams with the help of suzie , but the jumble just didn’t come for either of us ! We tried Four tune but that threw us in a wrong area ! We should’ve studied it more , but it just wasn’t there ! But oh well let’s bring on tomorrow to say TGIF ! And thank you Angela for your song by Nat king Cole ! Very nice !

  7. Thirsty Thursday was good for us as the first word was a pretty definite FOURS. And with that, FORCE OF followed for a blind solve. Words were easy to unscramble, too. Always loved NKC and his music…. nice choice. Terry

  8. Good morning. Got the words with no problem and even looked up quadrupeds for the meaning and knowing it means Four Footed animal I still didn’t put the cartoon answer together. Looks like I’m wearing the dunce cap today. But all is not lost because Angela made my day with such a great singer and song. Until tomorrow take care.

  9. Good morning. The anagram Auburn took an extra minute for me and then I got lucky with the cartoon solution. With the quotation marks, I figured the word Four would be there and it just fell into place for me. Thank you for your post Angela. Have a great day, Stan

  10. I have a 1 word answer regarding the cartoon answer:YIKES! Despite the quadrupeds clue,I didn’t come up with the first word,fours as a synonym for force, in the answer.As a result I was stumped. Chuck.

  11. Regarding pigs in a blanket day,my Aunt called her stuffed cabbage rolls,pigs in a blanket. Cabbage stuffed with ground meat and rice,covered in a tomato based gravy. Chuck.

  12. Auburn took me 20 minutes! Knew “fours” had to be in those quotations, just needed auburn to complete. I do not like unscrambling words with too many vowels, nor the color brown.
