How coincidental that YEASTerday was National Pizza Day…So for all you Pizza aficionaDOUGHS out there…We GUT here just a day short…like the Chiefs did…
So…Today…We find ourselves at the dining table of Jason SATEman and his wife Pepper Roni. And as we see Pepper carting off an empty pizza box, we hear Jason REFUSEing to admit that he put himself in this SATEuation, Pepper had nothing to do with his overindulgence…And she’s well within her rights to come back with a SALTY, SAUCY response…The CRUST of some people, right? SLICE try, Jay…but you’re a real PIZZA work…I mean, CHEESE Louise…you had to realize that TOPPING off that pie was going to cause your STOMACH to MUSHROOM…Simply a matter of THYME…So you can’t blame Pepper for telling you to stop…BELLYACHING*…And the YEAST you can do is learn a lesson by realizing when you KNEAD to call it quits…As for us? With this easy, breezy REPEAT solve, we’re definitely SATEisfied today…
So…There you have it, Folks…WELL DONE…Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend, who took a job making Pizzas. But he didn’t FARE all that well. He started off by messing up the MUSHROOMS, but laughed it off by telling his boss he was a FUNGI and to let it slide…Then he was asked to make a Hawaiian Pizza, and he burnt it. To that he said, “CHEESE, I guess I should have baked it at ALOHA temperature”…Next, he dropped a huge pot of sauce, and had the nerve to tell his boss, “Well you know what they say…”Here today, gone TOMATO”….But the last straw came when he toke it upon himself to make a pie with a cauliflower base…To an Italian, a real breach of CRUST…So, KNEADless to say, he was fired…But after all this…to hear him tell it? “Hey, it was a learning experience…History in the BAKING, so to speak. Part of the CIRCLE of life”…And he just laughed it off…But the man’s just so irresponsible, that we were quick to tell him that he’s wrong once again…To hear us tell it? “Well we all must be LAUGHTOSE intolerant, because there’s nothing funny about any of it…and you owe us all money, so it’s THYME you keep a job…We’ve had it with your PIE in the SIGH and “another one bites the CRUST” attitude…MEN,U really KNEAD to come up with some DOUGH”…And so far…we’re still waiting to see what he COOKS up next…🍕🙋🏻♀️

Good morning. It was nice to hear that other people are having the same experience as myself at times. At least I know it’s not old age catching up with me. Today is my third attempt to post. Like Jim,twice I tried to back up a couple of words to correct the spelling and it all disappeared. Most times it almost at the end of the writing. Todays jumble was easy and I even had a blind solve to boot I’m sure you guys have heard of the singing telegram well….thank goodness there is no singing pizza man. Now I enjoy Lou Monte but it wouldn’t bother me if I never heard that song again. Enjoyed your post as usual Angie. I’m trying to be extra careful to avoid losing this again. Until tomorrow take care
