  1. Good Morning, Everyone…I hope this finds you well.

    👋🏻THEY REALLY CAN’T AFFORD TO WAVE-R👋🏻

🎶 He’d fly through the air with the greatest of ease…A DARING YOUNG MAN ON THE FLYING TRAPEZE…🎶… “The Daring Young Man On The Flying Trapeze” – Eddie Cantor  (circa) 1936-1946) https://tinyurl.com/32x6tnwb

Ok…Let’s be ABOVE board here…there’s no way this solve should HANG IN THE BALANCE…WIRE?…Because it’s just too easy, breezy…

👋🏻So careful not to make a SWIRL, low as a CHIRP they say,

Hello to one another while they still TARGET their way…

The music of a VIOLIN plays softly and with tact…

    There’s tightrope walkers practicing for tonight’s “HI”-WIRE ACT…👋🏻

Ok…NET for nothing…but I don’t think I could be so FOOTLOOSE and fancy free up there…Who am I kidding…my vertigo’s kicking in just looking at this cartoon!

So…Today…A circus. And what we SHIOW here is a SITE for SOAR eyes. Two tightrope ( = WIRE) walkers, HIGH above the arena, passing one another as they practice their ACT. TOE-ing the LINE..so to speak. And they’re greeting (= saying HI) one another. ACTing kindly…And with our question giving us “said HELLO” and seeing them on the WIRE, there’s nothing more needed in order to get a GRIP on this one…Our solve? It was a…”HI”-WIRE ACThttps://tinyurl.com/y8sesxnj …And if you FELL through with this one? You have to ask yourself…”WIRE I missing these clues? WIRE I not getting my FOOT in the door? WIRE I SLACKING off like this”…HI don’t know…but I do hope you get a FOOT UP on things…

Jeff’s💎Gem? You gotta love that parasol…

So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who tried tightrope walking, but soon discovered that he just wasn’t cut out for that LINE of work…Seems he met a woman, ANET,  ONLINE, that did tightrope walking for a living, and she ROPED him in real quick…So he figured he could learn to do it too. But it turned out it was nothing more than a BALANCING ACT between the two of them, and things quickly became TENSE… He found out she was a SWINGER, and TAUT that was just a little too much, so they began SIDE STEPPING issues left and right. They just couldn’t seem to MEET IN THE MIDDLE…But being who he is, he still FELL hard for her…despite us trying to teach him the ROPES by telling him that there was no common GROUND between them…Now…with him not being so WELL BALANCED to begin with…he’s become so HIGH STRUNG, that the TENSION is really bringing him DOWN…Suffice to say we’re all WALKING on eggshells around him…things are NET looking good…👋🏻🙋🏻‍♀️

    California ❤️

  2. 🤦🏻‍♂️When the man, part of the HIGH WIRE ACT, was leaving TARGET, he thought he heard VIOLIN music…but as he began to SWIRL his head around he foolishly realized it was just the CHIRP of a bird…🤦🏻‍♂️

🎻 The VIOLIN made a CHIRP sound…and he thought…”Oh no, Earl”
The cause he couldn’t TARGET…and it sent him for a SWIRL…
He has a show to do tonight…but will his cards be stacked?
He’s hoping not…he’s going on after the HIGH WIRE ACT… 🎻

  4. 🤷🏻‍♀️When choosing a profession we think wise,
These two choose a career up in the skies…
They need some nerves of steel,
    The danger definitely real…
But it must have its share of welcomed highs…🤷🏻‍♀️

🤷🏻‍♂️One wonders why a person chooses this,
There’s no chance that a step can go amiss…
    …Without a total fail,
    But it’s their holy grail…
And looking at them seems they have their bliss…🤷🏻‍♂️

👍🏻Performing all the time with utmost skill,
The audiences watching with such thrill…
    And thinking all the while,
With them there is no guile…
They’re up there walking and they seem so chill…👍🏻

👋🏻They pass each other and they bid hello,
And on their way they easily still go…
While we all sit and stare,
    Whisper a silent prayer…
    And realize it’s something we’d def forgo…👋🏻

🍷So here’s to those who choose the ropes to walk,
I look at them…and find it hard to talk….
    My vertigo kicks in,
    And way down deep within?
I know something like this? …I’d definitely chalk!🍷

  5. No tacos today ! I got all the anagrams , but the jumble geared toward tight rope walkers ! I kept waiting to see High or Tight ! But there are no G’s ! I was losing balance ! I saw the word Chat , but that didn’t work ! Oh well , this last week and yesterday gave me confidence , but I guess it got my brain spoiled ! Angela your description of it was good ! It made me think more ! Your song choice was really interesting ! We’ve all sang it sometime and it goes back to 1936 ! Very interesting ! I loved your friend and all the words you came up with ! Always makes it good ! So let’s get ready for a no -hump to get over Wednesday !!!!

  6. Yes, as Jim pointed out…masterful commentary about your friend dating a fellow High-Wire Artist !!! And wow….Eddie Cantor goes back a ways !! At first look, thought first word, was HI, subbing for Hello…then the solution popped into brain. That was good because I had to back in TARGET. Enjoy your Taco Tuesday, Angela. Terry

  7. Good morning. Another easy breezy one today. Sort of a blind solve. I started to put the letters down for the cartoon answer and in so doing the answer popped into my head. Boy Angela you went deep for a name, “Eddie Cantor” on the song choice. It was fun watching the video. Until tomorrow take care.

  8. Easy Jumble today. Wow Angela. You really went out there with the story about your friend. HA. Have a great day. Thanks,Stan

  9. When Angela mentioned everyone singing the Daring Young Man on the Flying Trapeze, I thought of the singalong on the bus during the great Clark Gable-Claudet Colbert movie, “It Happened One Night.” Ah memories. Breezed through the anagrams and when I saw Hi in the letters, the puzzle solve was easy. Good day to all.

  10. An easy peasy Taco Tuesday with a quick solve of the high wire cartoon without even looking at the anagrams, but then they were a quick solve as well. Chuck,

  11. I apologize if I might be missing something in regards to “Jeff’s gem you gotta love that parasol.” Even though the parasol is a nice touch and adds to the fun I don’t understand how it qualifies as a gem in relation to the puzzle. Arleen

  12. Almost too easy. All the answers jumped out at me. Main solution first. Only took a minute. But then the next one will take an hour. Never know. When I was younger, I used to do crosswords. But at my advanced age, I don’t buy green bananas either.
