So…Five little boys on what is most likely their first overnight camping trip. And I say first because of the comments about the bathroom…I’m pretty sure the novelty wore off quickly…And while they sit there adjusting to their surroundings, the Cub Scout Master is trying to get them to CONCENTRATE on just that…their surroundings…because that’s just what they’ll need…”surroundings”…if they don’t want to find themselves sleeping without TENTS…So…first order of business? Good morning Wednesday hump-day ! And I definitely had to climb over todays hump ! There wasn’t a bird in the sky that could’ve given me AVIAN and would’ve RATHER have wanted to miss just one of these instead of both ! And I Couldn’t get over the hump and see David’s clue about the sleeping shelters as tents ! So I’m just gonna put this one aside and start tomorrows with a thirst to get all the anagrams and the jumble and to not give up ! Everyone have a great get over the hump-day Wednesday !!!!!!
The campers needed to BE ATTENTIVE, but perhaps they could also BE TENTATIVE. Is this really a good place to set up camp?
Good morning. It took me a lot longer today to complete both ends of jumble but it was worth it. I was able to get your song choice today Angela. It was very cute. We had one overnight trip when it was just the three boys at first. We borrowed a large tent and went upstate somewhere and set up camp. We then went to a drive-in theater and saw zombies on a train. Lol, it was scary. We went back to our campsite, I don’t think anybody else was there and during the night we could hear trains passing by not far away. My wife had the cot to be off the ground but wouldn’t go inside her sleeping bag because it was too confining. She froze the whole night. We had a large fire going and the crackling noise added to the scary LONG night. That was our one adventure. The boys slept through the night Thank God. Until tomorrow stay well and be safe.

Several anagrams gave me reason to pause but then after getting avian w target and rather soon to follow, I turned to the many letters in the cartoon. At first glance I thought the first word was ‘at’, but then deciding on attentive for the long word, ‘be’ appeared for the first word. Mission accomplished.
I too paused at avian but once I figured that one out the cartoon answer followed nicely. Miss Angela, we are truly kindred spirits: love shoes and chocolate, dislike heights and mimes . I’m totally with you on the camping issue. I simply don’t do bugs and dirt. My husband used to say that my idea of camping was a Hilton Hotel with astro turf. I’m truly a City Gal.
