  1. Good Morning, Everyone…🎬🎭ACT TWO…SCENE TWO 🎭🎬

🎶NIGHT AND DAY…you are the one…🎶 “Night and Day” – Mr Frank Sinatra (original recording) 1942 https://tinyurl.com/2k4ha96f

🎬🎭She was starring in the movie, before she was approached,
By a director that she knew…and the Broadway role was broached…
The play about a BEACH comber who is slightly INEPT,
But kept a pet IGUANA…its care out of her depth…
The set was very LUCENT…and kept comfortably compact…
She went for it, although she knew it’d be a BALANCING ACT!🎭🎬

A movie AND a play? Guaranteed we’ve SCENE her around…

So…Today…Holly GoNIGHTLY…an actress very much in demand. Having already immersed herself into a movie role for the past few months, she’s now also signed on to ACT in a play. And let’s face it, when you’re doing double duty like that, burning the FANdle at BOTH ends, ACTing BOTH day and night?…It’s definitely a…BALANCING ACThttps://tinyurl.com/5n6fvuys …And…CUT!…Another easy, breezy one IN THE CAN… It’s a WRAP!

Jeff’s💎Gems? The “Annie” wig Holly’s holding to get ready for her “second act” in an hour…And maybe that the monitor’s BALANCED on the tripod-like stand?…I’m not quite sure about that…I didn’t get to see the SCRIPT…

So…There CUE have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who tried his hand at acting. Unfortunately while performing in a play on just his second night, he fell through a floorboard. And that was it for him…he was so ruffled, he threw in the towel…even though we all told him that he was just GOING THROUGH A STAGE…🎬🎭🙋🏻‍♀️

    …And a Shout Out 🗣️to David…all new anagrams again today…🔠🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤦🏻‍♂️Along the BEACH, with it’s LUCENT waters, he saw an IGUANA…but attempting a BALANCING ACT with everything he was carrying, he was too INEPT to snap a photo…🤦🏻‍♂️

🦎The teen wanted an IGUANA, but his parents drew the line,
He’d been INEPT with other pets, so no way was this fine…
They’d seen one on the BEACH…it looking LUCENT in the sun,
And wasn’t long before the constant asking had begun
He hardly did his chores as is…and that was quite the fact…
So care for an Iguana?…Guaranteed a BALANCING ACT!🦎

  4. Very thirsty-Thursday today ! Wow ! The anagrams of IGUANA and LUCENT had me shaking my head ! After I got all the letters down , I raised my eyebrow one at a time ! This was a tough jumble today ! It’s always fun , but frustrating when it just doesn’t come to me ! So let’s be thankful tomorrow Friday ! One thing that always makes it a winner is your song choice of Frank Sinatra , Angela ! And your friend was funny ! Nice post , Angela ! So let’s all make up for it tomorrow , TGIF !!!!!

  5. Well, it was a great Thirsty Thursday with a blind solve today. That really helped because I couldn’t figure out LUCENT, and even while backing that in, the word was troublesome. Nice post Angela with a funny story and Sinatra/Porter old standard. And your song was really so apt for today’s Jumble. See you TGIF. Terry

  6. Good morning. The last word wasn’t glowing any brighter than the other three so I had to look up Lucent. But I’m not down because I was in a lot of company. Sort of a blind solve because as I started to put the letters down for the cartoon I saw the B and knew the answer right away. Enjoyed your song choice Angela especially his backup crew. Until tomorrow take care.

  7. Lucent stumped me again but after looking that up and having the letters, I was able to solve the multi lettered cartoon! Chuck.

  8. I didn’t have any trouble with lucent but had to solve the puzzle before I got iguana. Words with more than two vowels are always a little more difficult for me.

  9. The LA Times puts the Jumble on the same page as the “Love Is…” single panel cartoon. Today the caption for that was “a balancing act.” Coincidence or not?
