CARTOON ANSWER:
THE STAGE PERFORMERS SOMETIMES HAD PROBLEMS WHEN IT CAME TO – – –
IIT GN CNA TRE = INTERACTING
🎭✨ The stage is set for mix-ups, both in Shakespeare and our anagrams. Let’s see if we can turn this tragedy around. ✨🎭
🎟️🧩 Good morning, puzzle pals! 🧩🎟️
✨ Today’s cartoon takes us to the theater, where two actors are locked in a battle of words and accents. She isn’t buying his Scottish brogue, while he insists you can’t ad lib Shakespeare. The director, script in hand and patience running thin, jumps in to push the rehearsal along.
The scene shows more than just dialogue. With a crown, a tiara, and a throne in the background, we can start to piece together which play they are rehearsing. Lights beam down on the stage, and the air feels heavy with both drama and comedy.
The clash of styles, the pressure of the script, and the royal setting all build toward today’s answer.

➤ 👑 The Crowns & Throne:
Both actors are wearing royal headwear. He has a crown and she has a tiara, with the prop throne in the background making the scene feel even more real. The crown emblem carved above it drives home the regal touch.
➤ 🎭 The Director’s Cue:
The director, script in hand, brings us back to reality with “Scene seven, please.” It may also be a playful nod to Macbeth, which is set in Scotland and full of royal intrigue. Between the accents, the crowns, and the throne, it’s hard not to think of the Scottish play.
➤ ✖️ The Stage Mark:
My favorite detail is the small X on the stage floor. The tiny cross marks the exact spot where an actor should stand.
🧠 Final Solve
The layout for the solve was 11 letters. The setup of the cartoon gave us plenty to work with, from the crowns and throne to the director’s call for scene seven. The dialogue made it clear these actors weren’t always in sync. The stage performers did indeed have problems when it came to: INTERACTING.

Their accents can tear lines apart.
With crowns and a throne,
They spar in their tone,
But still keep the play from the heart.
