🚓 So just like in a MOVIE, a car chase was in force, And the car WORLD…oh, I meant whirled… ‘til they caught it, of course… By they I mean police cars..they knew that they would get, The runaway…(And here’s where we stop MONKEY and BUDGET) The guilty car is busted…there’s no way to get ‘round… The fact that it is caught now…and we see that IT BROKE DOWN…🚓
This solve? We can just cut right to THE CHASE…’Cause there’s no reason to POTHOLE lot of effort into this one…It’s another easy, breezy puzzle…And I’m not LEAKING any secrets here!
So…Today…Like a deer CAUGHT in the HEADLIGHTS, we find our guilty party…who I’ll dub JAY… ‘fessing up (= BREAKING DOWN)…Having been pinned as the getaway car in a crime, and subsequently chased by the police, we come upon the scene just as the police cars are saying…”OH, JAY…😉this CHASE is done”…And knowing it’s goose is cooked, and having sustained some DAMAGE, (=BREAK), plus not looking for a TUNE-UP…our guilty car?…It knew it was time to face the music…and it put on the BRAKES… IT BROKE DOWN… https://tinyurl.com/h2y66ymy …And we may have BROKEN a record here today…we spent less TIME on this than I’m sure Jay’s going to be spending in TOW…

And while I do have a friend, (FEN, DER one I’ve SPOKEn about a few times in the past)…who was chased by the police once… I think today I’ll give my friend jokes ARREST…So I’ve decided to take a BRAKE…I’m just not DRIVEN…I’m TIREd, not up to SPEED… GAS we could say that ENG..INE a rut today…🚓🙋🏻♀️

🤷🏻♂️So it breaks down, and cries Uncle now, As it’s forced to take a final bow… Road to ruin’s on tap, And it’s facing the rap… For crime these cop cars won’t allow…🤷🏻♂️
🚓 And who knows what the outcome will be, One thing’s for sure Jay’s hardly free… It’ll be hauled in today, Proving crime doesn’t pay… And I think by now Jay will agree…🚓
There’s a few NATIONAL DAYS on today’s calendar…but none of them piqued my interest..,So it’s a pass for today…We’ll just have to mEAT again tomorrow…🤷🏻♀️

What a smooth , absolute no-hump day Wednesday ! I made up for it today ! The anagrams came right to me ! And the jumble was just a natural thing to say , IT BROKE DOWN ! It all came right to me !
