And as you know, I solve our puzzles without the words, but if today’s plethora of S’s, D’s and C’s doesn’t give it up for you…we’ll, you may just have to THROW in the towel when it comes to the Jumble…Because with our question intentionally using the words “a certain…event” and avoiding the word, DISCUS…but showing the athlete holding one, and also giving us the word “talk” ( = DISCUSS), plus our dialogue having them DISCUSS said DISCUS…well, SPORT…I don’t know what to tell you…There’s just no way aROUND it…And not much to TORQUE about…Our solve, simply…DISCUSS DISCUS…

Be well, be kind, stay safe….And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who started to compete in discus meets, and told us that he almost won a trophy… He said he threw a discus really far…but another competitor, named Gus, complained to the track officials that a burst of wind lifted his throw…and Gus succeeded in getting my friend’s throw eliminated….To hear him tell it…”This Gus discussed his disgust with the discus”…We’re not sure we believe him though…he’s always so full of HEIGHT air…🤾🏻🙋🏻♀️

🙇🏻♂️The young teen’s studying of definitions had been going so well, until he came to DISCUSS/DISCUS…and all of a SUDDEN, feeling like a CLUCK, the BLISS went SQUISH…🙇🏻♂️
🤷🏻♂️He watched the chicken CLUCK about, (while waiting for the team), …And SQUISH through seeds upon the ground…but time’s wasting it seems… This SUDDEN meeting that was called surely upset his BLISS, And now he’s thinking he’s so through with almost all of this They’ve trained enough, there is no need for this last minute fuss.. What more to say…how much can they all still DISCUSS DISCUS?…🤷🏻♂️

What a way to end a great jumble work week ! I got all the anagrams with no problems ! The jumble was so obvious ! I can’t wait to DISCUSS it ! This was a very fun jumble !
