So…Today…We find Jeff, in what appears to be Aerosmith’s “Wings” logo T-shirt, ** in a parking lot…where because of having the CRESCENDO (= increase in volume) segment of Bohemian Rhapsody turned up so LOUD, failed to hear the woman behind him beeping her horn for him to stop…And as a result, CRUSHed the END of his car into hers…O, my…And just for the RECORD…yes, he’s at fault…Mamma Mia, Mamma Mia…what a problem…Jeff’s disTRACKion led to a …”CRUSH-END-O” ***…And that brings our very witty solve to an END…While Jeff, looking pretty CAR sick, will be looking at more than a TUNE-up now…
So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who swears his Great Grandfather invented the rear view mirror…DENT know if it’s true…To hear him tell it, after that there was no looking back…🎶🙋🏻♀️
🙇🏻♂️ All he kept thinking while on the hunt for FUNGI, was that instead of having to SLOSH around in the mud, he would have been so much COZIER back at the lodge… and he began to DETACH…just as someone hit pay dirt, and cheers were reaching a CRESCENDO…🙇🏻♂️
🤷🏻♂️Some thoughts did SLOSH around his mind, he had to write this tune, Why assigned to do FUNGI though…had him discouraged soon… He tried get himself COZIER…sheet music in a batch, But concentrating difficult…too often he’d DETACH… Perhaps he should work backwards…first write the final allegro… And fingers crossed there won’t be boos that could reach a CRESCENDO…🤷🏻♂️

Good morning. Not a complete wash out but if feels like it. I had to look up Fungi. All the words gave me a hard time today and the cartoon answer in quotation marks left me shaking my head because after a very long time I came up with crush for the first word then made end and O for the end but no way in heck did I think that was the answer.

I post now and then. I am posting today to say I got both the anagrams and puzzle but it took me a while to get fungi which I believe is the plural of fungas. Cozier gave me pause as well. Not a word that easily comes to mind. Makes my day when I come up with the solve knowing that the majority of people either had difficulty or couldn’t solve the anagrams and / or puzzle. Thought the answer might involve Queen, but I looked and looked and couldn;t figure it out. Guess I don’t do well Under Pressure.

TGIF only in days , not in jumble ! This one ended the work week with heavy traffic ! Two anagrams had my eyes rolling ! FUNGI and COZIER ! Now the jumble was in a bad traffic area ! With all the noise on the radio , the first word I saw was Sound ! That didn’t leave anything ! Then I had to cheat and look and CRUSHENDO was no wear in my mind ! But it doesn’t matter how tough they are sometimes , I really enjoy these jumbles ! And also , love your songs and descriptions and your friend’s experiences. Angela thank you !
