  1. Good Morning, Everyone…🎥 CHANCES…ARE..N’T🎥

    🎶 But I DON’T STAND A GHOST OF A CHANCE with you…🎶…”(I Don’t Stand) A Ghost of a Chance With You” – Mr Frank Sinatra 1946  https://tinyurl.com/3yzjk3rp

🎥The Jumble movie’s opened, and when AUDIT time is due,

Producers may be taken ABACK at how their profits grew…

With each and every NUANCE that the movie brought to life,

It had to be a hit…But here we see it’s causing strife…

Our couple yes, do feel the SCORCH…obvious at a glance…

The line’s so long to see it…and they def don’t STAND A CHANCE! 🎥

But no need to wait in LINE for this one, Folks…It PLAYED right into our hands…

So…Today, the opening of “Jumble The Movie”, at the Megaplex. And our couple, big fans of the franchise, as seen by his shirt bearing its logo, and the Jumble book in her hand,  PLAYED their cards wrong by not getting tickets ahead of time. ‘Cause now they find themselves STANDing at the end of a long, long line….and CHANCES are they’ll never get in…Yep…a REEL problem…Looks like they just don’t STAND A CHANCE https://tinyurl.com/56t654c4 of falling under the SPELL of this thriller tonight…And VIEW have to agree that we definitely had a winning TICKET to this easy, breezy one today…

Jeff’s💎Gem? Look REEL closely, and you’ll see that the movie poster on the wall is the same as the one FEATUREd in the puzzle of December 7th, 2022. https://tinyurl.com/5n89wbzr  (Actually, it was featured in an earlier puzzle also, but I can’t seem to locate my SCREEN shot of that one)…

So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle reminds me of my friend who attended the long awaited opening night of the movie “Titanic”. A big fan of its story, he actually wore an ICEBERG costume to the theater….Needless to say, it was a SMASH HIT…🎥🙋🏻‍♀️

    • Oddest stumped me in this archived jumble!Worked backwards from the cartoon solution to solve that anagram. Chuck,

  2. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️The dreaded AUDIT…and despite the slight NUANCE that was put forth, they were still taken ABACK and felt a bit of a SCORCH upon realizing that they didn’t STAND A CHANCE getting away unscathed…🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️

🤦🏻‍♂️Aware of every NUANCE, the AUDIT brought him grief,
To be taken ABACK he’d dread…knowing things won’t be brief
He sensed a SCORCH was coming, felt himself start to blanch…
The auditor just shook his head…he doesn’t STAND A CHANCE…🤦🏻‍♂️

  4. 🎥Movie makers hope they’ll have a hit,
And that patrons will pay just to sit…
    And watch their endeavors,
    Thinking they’re so clever…
And keep them from a money pit…🎥

💲So much money’s invested each time,
Fingers crossed that their movies are prime…
    And that theaters sell out,
    Giving them clout…
While all the while coffers do climb…💲

👍🏻Jumble Movie is just such a score,
Hardly anything left on the floor…
    Editing was a breeze,
And the crowds it did please…
Lining up for blocks outside it’s doors…👍🏻

    🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♀️But our couple didn’t give a thought,
To the number of people who sought…
    To see the new flick,
    And thought lickety-split…
    A ticket’d be easily bought…🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️

🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♀️So it’s looking like just at a glance,
They can see that they’re facing a stance…
    The line that they found?
    For sure brought them down…
    Movie tonight?…No, not a chance! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♂️

  5. Not a good way to end the work week Friday ! The anagrams were there , except NUANCE was being just that ! And the jumble didn’t come to me at all ! I studied it pretty good , but nothing was clicking ! Oh well , I’ll have a good weekend Saturday jumble ! And always Angela , you make it better with Mr Frank Sinatra ! He’s got a beautiful voice and your choice was a good one ! And I liked your friend , it was a Smash Hit !! I’m ready for Saturday so let’s bring it on ! Have a good day !!!!!

  6. Love those Jumble days when I get a blind solve….AND there’s a Sinatra tune. Must admit, didn’t get NUANCE until I backed it in. Must be quite the movie with ticket sales booming. Thanks for the subtle nuances of today’s puzzle, Angela….and enjoy your TGIF. Terry

  7. Fun Jumble today. I got the blind solve but the challenge was when I moved on to the anagrams. Nuance is not an everyday word for me and Scorch puzzled me for a minute because it has only one vowel. Thank you for your post Angela. Have a great Friday. Thanks, Stan

  8. Good morning. I was stuck on the last word and went to the cartoon and was pretty sure the last word was chance and seeing I needed an “H” I finally got scorch and the complete cartoon answer. First time hearing old blue eyes song Angela and thanks for the extra jumble. Until tomorrow take care.
