Helen…I’m well aware of drôle’s origin. But I fail to see your point. The Jumble is an American English puzzle game. Good morning. The one word that took me a little time to get was older. Gee, I wonder why? Other then that little hitch it was smooth sailing once I got the letters down and corrected my miscue. You started the day off right Angela with your enjoyable song video. You also put a big grin on my face with your ending comment. Until tomorrow take care.

I thought today’s was an easy one. I’m in my 70’s and remember stumbling with “older” in 2023, the first time I saw it. When it came up again, I remembered it from the last time. Funny that I can’t remember what i ate for breakfast this morning!

No problems with the words today. I couldn’t guess an answer until I saw the letters, and then immediately said END OF STORY. So an easy one today. I thought that I hadn’t seen NESTLE in a long time, but it was used this year already.

These were kinda tuff today. Took longer than fifteen minutes to solve. Final quip wasn’t too bad. Had to think of a word with ‘y’. Then the light came on.
