Playing a game about a GOALIE defending his career…
His school work took a back seat…now it’s a STICKY scene…
He lied about a weekly test…his eyes glued to that screen…
And with the “F” he’s now facing a situation muddy…
His Father’s livid…Joe’s busted…all for FAILING TO STUDY…📙
So…Today we find Joe…a teenage slacker playing a Hockey video game…the CENTER of attention…And we hear:
Dad: “What the “F”?
Joe: I thought it would be an open-book test”…
Dad: “If you’d open a book, things wouldn’t have gotten so out of CONTROL..You’re in trouble…And there’s no way we’re CONSOLEing you now”…
Yeah, things are muddy alright…Maybe it wouldn’t have been so bad if Joe hadn’t lied and gone for the CHEAP SHOT saying that he was prepared…then maybe his parents would have at least HANDed it to him for being honest…But Joe, acting BUSH LEAGUE, http://tinyurl.com/3yt79ky8 like the game he’s playing, http://tinyurl.com/3zpkwfm7 HANDled this one like a hockey puck…and BOXed himself in, setting himself up to FLUNK…in more ways than one…And with that word, “FLUNK” and “test” in our question, the test paper showing the “F” on it all crumpled up…(I guess Joe thought he was being CAGEy by throwing it away)…and everyone’s dialogue…it’s a FACE OFF…Joe took the HIT for…FAILING TO STUDY…Spending all his time staring at that SCREEN…BOOK ‘em, Danno…
So…There you have it Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And you can’t blame Joe’s parents if they decide to throw him into the PENALTY BOX…Let’s face it, how long does he think he’s gonna SKATE? He really needs to BREAKAWAY from playing these video games and ASSIST himself, if he intends to inCREASE his chances of SCORING in life….You know, set some GOALS…Yeah…his poor parents. Bet they just can’t wait to be EMPTY NETTERS… 📚🙋🏻♀️

It’s time for some taco-Tuesday ! Another one in a row starting this week off ! The anagrams were all there , and the jumble , I did what it said after I wrote down Studying , but that Failed , then I got it ! It just proved that you got to STUDY a little on these so you won’t be FAILING ! Nice taco-Tuesday jumble ! Well scripted out and a nice song ! Great second day of the week start ! Let’s keep it going !

It was a real poser, but somehow, I pulled out a blind solve. Kind of thought it was going to be starting with an ING word and played around with that, and finally, the word FAIL popped into my brain. Anagrams pretty easy to check my work.
