    🥊The Boxer has a pair of arms…it’s SCULPT that comes to mind,
    To see biceps EXPAND like that…they’re definitely defined…
    He’s been pulled over by a cop, who sat as SCOUT for hours,
    Just waiting ro catch someone and exert his police powers
    The situation HAIRY now, said Boxer does admit…
    Yes, he did speed…but tries explaining just why he PUNCHED IT! 🥊

    “Quick reflexes”…Yeah, that’s the TICKET!

    So…Today, it’s Main Street, USA. And our Boxer, BARIN’, I mean Baron ARMSTRONG, accustomed to PUNCHING for a living, has been pulled over for speeding. Knowing he’s ON THE ROPES, he mentions his cat-like* reflexes…but I doubt that it’ll carry any WEIGHT, as all the Traffic Officer wants to know is why he…ACCELERATED = Why he PUNCHED IT! https://tinyurl.com/yd3677fp …And this one’s easily DOWN FOR THE COUNT!

    Jeff’s Gems? There’s a man walking way off in the distance…The emblem on the Officer’s cap and shirt reads “PD”…Baron looks familiar…but it could just be the broken nose…And he has a “Hello Kitty”* tattoo…And if you look real closely, you can see that his hand is wrapped…Maybe Jeff did that GAUZE it makes for a good PUNCH line!

    So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…And this puzzle put me in mind of a friend of mine who was looking for a new form of exercise…He asked his trainer if he could start shadow boxing…The trainer told him to KNOCK himself OUT…🥊🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Wanting to EXPAND the circle of people who got to see him SCULPT, things unfortunately became HAIRY when a young Cub SCOUT looked at one of his pieces and PUNCHED IT…🤦🏻‍♂️

    🦍 A HAIRY ape is what he SCULPT, not altogether pleased,
    He should EXPAND his choices, but he did apes with such ease…
    The SCOUT that came to see his work not ready to commit…
    As far as success, his ticket? He’d so far not PUNCHED IT! 🦍

    A really bad choice,
    And now he need voice..

    And Baron’s in a mess…

    To the cop who’s in charge of that beat..
    No excuse will be heard,
    Truth be told…most absurd…
    So the cop’s making it short and sweet…🏎️

    📈 It’s said there’s quotas that must be met,
    Writing tickets to these guys?…No sweat…
    They sit waiting to catch,
    Each and every poor wretch…
    Who speeds and ends up with regret…📈

    🤦🏻‍♂️There’s a ticket he’s seen writing out,
    It’s erasing the least little doubt..
    Baron’s caught ‘gainst the ropes,
    And it dashes his hopes…
    That he’ll come out on top of this bout! 🤦🏻‍♂️

  5. No blind solve to start the weekend off. After solving anagrams, first thought second word would be UP…and that got me nowhere. Changing it to IT made it easy to finish up. As always, will go back and re-examine cartoon…didn’t think there were but two characters, but will look for the third. Enjoy your Saturday and catch you for the big one on Sunday !!

  7. Yes…think I saw that…in my cartoon, that little blob was as tall as one of the capital letters . Gotta get out my spy lens issued by CIA.

    • LOL! You have one of those? He’s between the 2 buildings, above and to the left of the letter ‘S” in Sorry…Try pulling up an online cartoon…you’ll probably see it more clearly. 👀🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. What a great way to end a week of jumbles ! Today capped a week of fun and entertaining jumbles ! The anagrams were not HAIRY at all and if I could SCULPT this one , I would ! I didn’t have to be too much of a SCOUT to get them ! So let’s EXPAND to the jumble ! Pretty easy when a boxer gets a speeding ticket when he pressed the gas pedal too hard , he PUNCHED IT ! What a great Saturday ! Angela , the Boxer by Paul Simon is one of my favorites and I’ve sang it when our band was together ! Great choice for todays jumble ! And your shadow joke is in my files ! Very cool ! Everyone have a great weekend !!!!!!

  9. Good morning. Had an easy time of it again today. Even thought I had the blind solve but when I put the letters down I had an L and not a U in Sculpt. Upon checking Sculpt for the third time I finally realized I reversed the two letters. Once I corrected that senior moment my blind solve was correct. Enjoyed your song choice and Angela you put a smile on my face with your joke. Until tomorrow take care.

  12. Thought the 2 letter word was ‘up’ rather than ‘it’ so was unable to come up with the correct cartoon answer, to close out a tough Jumble week, despite the boxing clue.
