  1. Good Morning, Everyone…I hope this finds you WELL…
😷🩺 BAD GRAMMAR MAKES HER (SIC)! 🩺😷

    🎶 WELL, WELL…what do I say?…Looks like what goes around comes around…And everyone will have their final say… SAY WHAT I MEAN…but I don’t mean what I say…🎶 …”Well, Well” – Nelly Furtado 2000 https://tinyurl.com/yc5cr72t

    🩺😷She took a very PLUMB-like tone…she cut right to the chase…
In telling him he misspoke and a word should be replaced…
I guess she knows him well enough to take a LAWYER’s stance,
And argue that his grammar right now doesn’t stand a chance…
There’s nothing SWANKY ‘bout his speech, but he does seem most kind,
And we know there are times impatience leaves kindness behind…
‘Cause Doctors do get busy…the office wait is long…
(And SAUTÉ doesn’t fit the mix…it just doesn’t belong)
But bottom line here I don’t think I’d be so quick to tell…
Someone that they’ve used a wrong word…‘specially if they MEAN WELL…😷🩺

I read something recently that said people lose a lot of their “filtering” as they age. That somehow older people feel they’ve reached a stage in life where they no longer feel the need to worry about what other people think. And today’s puzzle immediately brought it to mind. Who knows…I feel everyone should EXAMINE their conscience when it comes to dealing with others. I just don’t think I could NEEDLE someone like this…It just seems ILL-mannered to me. Ok, granted, she’s not taking things to a FEVERed pitch…but, hey…I guess she felt comforTABLE enough to take a SHOT…IDK…I have a great rapport with all my Doctors, but I’m sure I’d take a chill PILL before I’d look to REMEDY their manner of speaking… So this just makes me a little uncomforTABLE and embarrassed for him…In fact, I can hear the blood rushing through my veins if I listen VARICOSELY…

Anyway…A Doctor’s office, and either a Nurse/Physician’s Assistant, and our patient. And it seems like there’s not much more to say about this because the very leading question and the obvious solve, even without the WELLth of dialogue, pretty much WRAPS it up. He did incorrectly use “GOOD” instead of WELL, but he did MEAN WELL… https://tinyurl.com/49dsny57 …on BLOOD counts, I mean both counts…And it’s not like I don’t enjoy a good Doctor pun… I’m definitely not one of those people with an IRONY deficiency…it’s just that I don’t see much FOLLOW UP needed here today…

So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be WELL, be KIND, stay safe…And I’m reminded of what I did before my last Doctor’s appointment. I was having odd stomach pain, so I thought I’d do some research, and went to the library to get a medical book about it…Didn’t help though…Somebody had ripped the appendix out. 🩺😷🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤦🏻‍♂️He definitely didn’t MEAN WELL, and was teased about his spelling, when he emailed his colleagues suggesting that the SWANKY new office and the “PLUMB” position granted the LAWYER came about only due to the amazing SAUTÉ of steak and vegetables he had served his guests…🤦🏻‍♂️

🩰 The LAWYER watched his daughter SAUTÉ in her ballet class,
She danced PLUMB in the center and had charm and all that sass…
A SWANKY party is on tap if she’s chosen as Belle…
He might be dubbed indulgent…but he really does MEAN WELL…🩰

  3. 🤷🏻‍♀️So you sit and you wait to be seen,
And the wait time is sometimes obscene…
    But you haven’t much choice,
    So don’t bother to voice…
    Your displeasure…just quietly steam! 🤷🏻‍♀️

😷 Guess our patient feels that she is just,
    To play grammar police…or she’ll bust…
    Think it’s better if she,
    Let’s it slide…so that he…
Doesn’t fell the need to be nonplussed…😷

🤷🏻‍♂️So he slipped up on one little word,
It’s not like he said something absurd…
    He’s so open and warm,
    Not deserving of scorn…
And correction here need not be heard…🤷🏻‍♂️

🤷🏻‍♀️Such a sweet guy he appears to be,
Hoping to break the wait time ennui…
He walks in with that smile,
    I admire his style…
    My opinion…ill-mannered is she…🤷🏻‍♀️

😷 Hope no issue results from his slip,
Grammar…sometimes we all lose our grip…
    And there’s really no need,
    For one to intercede…
And hurt someone with that there loose lip! 😷

  4. Wow ! Hello taco-Tuesday ! I’m definitely getting me some tacos ! Todays jumble is following yesterdays path ! I got all the anagrams and they were good ones to get ! The had just the right amount of letters to make it flow with the solution ! So far let’s keep it coming this week and make it three in a row of fun and entertaining jumbles ! I’m ready for tomorrow’s with no hump ! Everyone have a great taco-Tuesday !!!!!!!

  5. Today’s Jumble brought a blind solve and the only blip was having to back in LAWYER. Angela, I am one of those older people and will try to weigh in and think about that filtering you discuss. I will say, however, that a softer approach might be an answer. She could have said….Oh, you mean you’re doing well ?? Always tough to correct people in charge of taking care of us…I’d be a little miffed, for sure, even though I was wrong. And in these crazy times, correcting someone might start a public fracas of some kind, with weapons drawn. I must admit, I’ll correct people over FEWER and LESS, so there goes my filtering !! Thanks, Angela. Great post.

    • LOL! Yep, there goes your filtering! 😂 YW, Terry…and thank you! 😷🙋🏻‍♀️

      • We all in the jumble family , should start our days off with Pun-cakes for breakfast ! ☕️!!🥞!!

  6. Fact: My grandmother corrected a doctor who told her to lay back on the examining table.

  7. All went ‘well’ on another Taco Tuesday with a quick solve of the anagrams after sorting out the other plum , so to speak , and another blind and obvious solve of the cartoon.
