He sat there thinking…”What the heck”…his temper ‘bout to pop…
“What in the WORLD is going on…a SLEIGH would be much faster”
He complained loud enough to be heard by the ticket master…
“The tracks look like a WAFFLE, Sir…we’re doing best we can,
To get you all home in one piece…each woman and each man…
You should think twice ‘bout what you say..no reason for your bellows…
We’re all in this together…you, I and your FELLOW FELLOWS”! 🌨️🌫️
🏌🏻♂️With a tiny white ball they do play,
Hoping nothing will get in their way,
It’s a pastime for some,
But some truly turn glum…

And it’s said players cheat,
Not to admit defeat…
And end up with the short stick du jour…😷
👬🏻Our two friends here go back a long way,
And they’re happy that they get to play…

And they look back and say how time flies…

Hello Friday ! A very nice blanket of fun and entertaining jumble unlike yesterday’s ! All the anagrams were great , except for one word , I should’ve been singing 🎶SLEIGH bells ring , are you listening 🎶 cause I couldn’t glide into it ! The jumble was there cause the letters jumped out as two of the same words with an S left ! So FELLOW FELLOWS made sense with the two associated with golf ! Enjoyed this one and everyone have a great Friday into the weekend !
I was tricked this morning, thinking COURSE would be one of the puzzle words, like it usually is when there is a golf theme. Well…that was a wrong path to follow. At least the anagrams were very user friendly so after unscrambling them, the puzzle almost solved itself. And no…I didn’t see the huge clue given about the research partners. It was just all too cryptic for me this morning. Enjoy your TGIF and will hope for better results tomorrow.

A clean sweep of all this morning on the first Lenten Friday w fish fries galore on the schedule.I thought golf partners at first for the cartoon solution but lacking a ‘G’ and the available L’s led to a quick blind solve of the cartoon.
Had to back into sleigh but other than that it was a successful morning. Clever hint in the dialogue “research partners”. Have a good day all!
