👗 They didn’t CHECK beforehand, but then we rarely do,
And now they BLEND together…in their dresses both brand new…
No pity party for them though…no VIOLIN will play,
Be LUNACY to make a scene…they’ll just let bygones lay…
They’re sisters…there’s no jealousy…they both bear confidence
And realize…shop the same store? They’ll “BUY” COINCIDENCE! 👗
As easy, breezy as this one is, we’ve no reason to SKIRT the issue.
The sisters showed up wearing the same dress…And their dialogue tells us it was by coincidence… https://tinyurl.com/4uytvy48 …But this being the Jumble, and there being those tell-tale quotation marks…and the words “bought”, “purchasing” and “got that” up for GARBS…I mean grabs…BUY it is! They BOUGHT the same outfit….”BUY” COINCIDENCE…And we’ve tied up another puzzle…this one with a big BOW…
So…There you have it, Folks…Done. Have a good one. Be well, be kind, stay safe…and hopefully our girls will organize their wardrobes a little better in the future….It’s obvious these two can easily practice some HANGER management! 👗🙋🏻♀️

🤦🏻♀️ Tired of the LUNACY, they were forced to double CHECK all the old instruments, and saw that it was just BY COINCIDENCE that all four VIOLIN cases had the same BLEND of colors…🤦🏻♀️
🎻 The orchestra in dire need, a VIOLIN is lost,
The music now won’t BLEND right…they need help at any cost…
What LUNACY prevailed here…did no one think to CHECK,
The instruments beforehand…now they’re feeling nervous wrecks
The orchestra leader furious, says someone showed indifference…
Since things like this…don’t happen simply BY COINCIDENCE…🎻
Total meltdown this morning. No blind solve so tackled the anagrams. LUNACY gave me a short fit, but others easily solved. Just tried and tried to find what that first word could be. Thought it might be ONE.. Somehow missed BUY and am ruing that mistake. And quite frankly…don’t know if that would have truly helped !!! Anyway, not a good weekend start leading up to Sunday. Thanks for posting, Angela.
YW, Terry. Thank you for saying…👗🙋🏻♀️
It’s the weekend ! I didn’t get the jumble at all ! The anagrams were good except for the one word that described how I felt trying to find out the jumble and that was LUNACY ! Hardest one this week , so I’m ready for a rest ! Everyone have a great weekend Saturday !!!!!
Too many letters for me to solve the cartoon even though I solved the anagrams. I was thinking the 3 letter first word was ‘one’ that didn’t help me get the second word. I saw the quotes but still was stumped.
Terry thought it might be “and” also, Prof…but the clues…”bought” “purchasing” and “got that” were the big hints to BUY…The dialogue is so key…especially when there’s quotes…👗🙋🏻♀️
Good morning. No problem with the words but just maybe the bacon and eggs for breakfast was a little to heavy for the brain to function compared to my usual cereal and fruit. After a minute I gave up and looked for the answer. Loved the commercial. I remember them well, a much more easy going time. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe
Good Morning, Paul. …LOL! Put me down for the 🥓 and 🍳! I’ll take them over cereal! any day of the week!…Although lately you need a trust fund to BUY eggs! And you’re right…Life was so much simpler…Have a good one. Enjoy that second cup of coffee…☕️…Be well and stay safe out there…👗🙋🏻♀️
The words were pretty easy, but the answer was tough. I had no clue for the first word, and I had to search for possible parts of words. ION didn’t work, nor Y at the end. I then saw COIN, and soon after, COINCIDENCE came. The letters left gave BUY. Fun answer.
Kudos 👏🏻👏🏻 for sticking it out, Dennis! 👗🙋🏻♀️
Since I have a Black Belt in shopping, I saw “Buy” right away and figured the last word would end in either ency or ence so coincidence fit. I too always enjoyed that Doublemint Gum commercial. Wishing all a good weekend.
LOL! Yes, you do, Miss Betty. And you know I wanted to say that I think women would find this easier to solve…but I didn’t want to play the gender card…Today there’s always something offending somebody, and God knows I don’t need the drama! So I decided not to adDRESS it…But BUY George…we thought the same! (By George? God…I sooo need a break)! 🤦🏻♀️ And I too always enjoyed those commercials. An age of innocence that we’ll probably never know again…Have a good one, Miss Betty. It’s always a PLEASURE…👗👠🙋🏻♀️
You’ve got quite the responsibility! And see your point that I too sometimes might text off remarks ! But I guess that’s whit we are a wonderful jumble family !!
Yes it is, Jim. But I don’t feel you text “off” remarks…I never meant to make you feel that way…It’s just that sometimes I can’t follow you that easily…😉…but it’s all good. 🙋🏻♀️
No , i didnt mean that I was saying you said that to me , I was just being general in all our communication comments ! I still want to have a jumble family reunion somewhere ! I don’t want to be ridiculous, I just thought how cool it would be to meet everyone!
Solved the anagrams and cartoon puzzle without too much difficulty today! Angela, your Doublemint commercial link brings back warm memories of my dear mother and her identical twin sister (God rest their souls). They sometimes dressed alike and had a lot of fun confusing their teachers, classmates, and even boyfriends! BTW, Mom was a daily Jumble puzzle solver throughout her entire adult life!
Hi Tom. It makes me happy to hear that I conjured up a sweet memory for you. Thank you so much for saying so. You know I went to grade school with 6 sets of twins in my class. All boys though. Never had girl twins in school. In fact, I think the only girl twins I’ve ever come across are the two that Jeff would feature here once in a while…friends of his daughter. Again, thank you so much for sharing…and I’m sure your Mom’s smiling down on you carrying on the Jumble legacy she left you. I too have played the Jumble all my life,…I started with my Dad teaching me as a very young child…He instilled in me a love of words, that has never waned…And May God rest His soul along with your Mom’s and her sister…Enjoy your day, Tom. I hope we see you here again. 🔠🙋🏻♀️
Oh Angela, thank you so much for that wonderful response! Yes, I can definitely tell that you have an extraordinary talent with words, and it is so heartwarming that it started with your Dad. Blessings to you, my friend!
You’re very welcome, Tom, and thank you. You warmed my heart with your comment, and I’m always glad to hear that I was able to add something positive to someone’s day. All too often, doing this, day after day…after day… it’s easy to feel that one’s talking to the wall…but sentiments such as yours can do wonders to restore one’s faith! Memories are a true blessing in life…and they need to be cherished. And as for my Dad…Buon Anima…I feel He truly left me rich with His love of words…(Not to mention His record collection)! 😉 Thank you again Tom…and may Blessings also come to you and yours! 🙋🏻♀️
