🦗It must be murder to a dog to have to deal with fleas,
They get into that THICK fur and just do what they may please….
And owners go to a great LENGTH to keep them all at bay,
It’s like a CIVIC duty…they use tablets and they spray…
And hopefully they FINISH with an end to the dog’s liking…
There’s nothing worse than having fleas who indulge in “ITCH-HIKING”!🦗
So…Day 4, and another solve that just JUMPED right off the page…One couldn’t help but make an immediate FLEA-line to it…No head SCRATCHING here… But we do we see poor Rex scratching…while one of the three FLEAing fleas burrows in with one for the ROAD… https://tinyurl.com/nt9stn9v
Our clues: Fleas = ITCH … Dialogue: “Need to MOVE” …and “Our RIDE is here” = Hitch HIKING…Easy way for fleas to get from one place to another? “ITCH-HIKING”! …And with a man shown way off in the background walking his dog, we see poor clueless Fido, said “RIDE”, approaching…TICK tock…it’s just a matter of time! …
So it’s definitely been an easy RIDE so far this week…Let’s hope, as it ends tomorrow, that it stays true to FURm…

🤦🏻♂️They felt it was their CIVIC duty to get it through the THICK heads of the foolish teens that even HITCHHIKING the LENGTH of a city block could result in their FINISH…🤦🏻♂️
🤷🏻♂️The CIVIC leaders of the town had so much work to FINISH,
The paperwork was piled THICK…and caused them all to grimace…
The LENGTH that they’d need go to…bottom line…it’s definitely striking…
And all in efforts to ensure the town outlaws HITCHHIKING…🤷🏻♂️
Traveling ..so out of our normal Jumble routine. That said, a quick look and a blind solve was not to be had. Quickly unscrambled anagrams and then said…voila !! Try to see you at an earlier hour…demain.

There’s no way you can just shoot the breeze…
You must deal with them quick,
As you would do with ticks….

And you’ll def need true grit…
‘Cause it’s everything you’ll need to douse! 😱

What they leave in their wake…
Alone these fleas poor Rex can’t erase! 🦗

Knowing no way what’s awaiting him…

And there’s no way that either dog wins! 🐶

And you must treat where your dog has grazed…
That means your house and yard,
You will need to bombard…

Well hello thirsty-Thursday ! Todays jumble was so fun ! I didn’t have a problem with any of the anagrams and the jumble was as if I was ITCH HIKING ! Very fun and continuous jumbles this week ! I’m loving it ! One of my favorite CCR songs is Sweet Hitchhiker ! Everyone have a great thirsty-Thursday !!!!!
Good morning. Todays paper is back to normal and jumble as well. No problem with either the words or cartoon answer. But I was unable to scratch out a blind solve. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

They’ve got no pride
So they just hitch a ride
Then embark on a biting spree!
I typed civil rather than civic for the first anagram so was lacking the ‘C’ for itch therefore was stumped for the cartoon solution!

Another easy breezy Jumble this morning : Thought for today: “ A flea and a fly in a flew didn’t know what to do. Said the flea let us fly, said the fly let us flee so they flew through a flaw in the flue.”
