She chose a DRESSY outfit, had Serena on her mind,
She’d always been her hero, and she hoped her strength she’d find…
Her nerves a little jumpy, her racket she would WIGGLE,
As she waited for things to start…and let out a small giggle
The bottom line…she won it all…she truly spread her wings…
And now… victory’s dinner…and of course it’s BIG SERVINGS! 🎾
We’ve had soooo many tennis puzzles over the years, and since today’s is so easy, I’ve decided to give myself a BREAK by taking a different APPROACH and NET turning the whole thing INSIDE-OUT…
So…In today’s FRAME, we see our girl being SERVEd a double cheeseburger with fries, an entire roasted chicken and spaghetti with meatballs. Her racquet bag reads Jumble, (flanked by tennis balls), and her trophy’s logo shows the standard crossed racquets but of course with two balls, not one. And our dialogue …”A lot of food”…”how many Aces” – BIG SERVINGS…Tennis – BIG SERVINGS… https://tinyurl.com/3b9dwskp Today’s solve?…Third time’s a charm! …BIG SERVINGS! It’s an ACE! …And I’m CALLing it a day…

🤦🏻♀️ Excited to be invited out to dinner with the adults, the tween wanted to look DRESSY, so she donned her new red VISOR and waited patiently for the waitress to BRING their orders…but when the BIG SERVINGS arrived, she wondered how she’d WIGGLE out of eating so much food…🤦🏻♀️
👧🏻 Each child had a VISOR, though not everyone wore theirs,
Some held them and just twirled them as they’d WIGGLE in their chairs…
The venue wasn’t “DRESSY” and they asked each kid to BRING,
Some craft paper and crayons and a ball of yarn or string
And so they’d start the season off by meeting there at Irving’s…
To make some early Christmas gifts…and hoped they’d have BIG SERVINGS!👦🏻
Great way to end the week ! The anagrams gave me no WiIGGLE ! I didn’t even have to put down the VISOR ! And the jumble was very DRESSY , and I said BRING it on ! When I read the jumble , the two things that were apparent were tennis and food , which you SERVE in both and the winner of the tennis tournament was BIG ! So that being said was BIG SERVINGS ! Fun jumble to close the weekend ! Everyone have a great weekend and SERVE it well !!!!

And she proved she’s the best,
She outplayed all the rest…
And now dinner’s become the big haul! 🍔

As her celebrating has begun! 🍝
🏆‘Mongst her peers she now stands high above,
Played to win when the push came to shove…
Now the trophy she holds,
Proven yes…she’s pure gold…
And she dines as she’s feeling the love! 🏆

After all competition’s been beat…
Everything’s big today,

SERVINGS came to me straight away on the first serve, but really didn’t come up with the first word. Looked at the first anagram and presto, BIG revealed itself. Not that I’m any kind of Frank Sinatra authority, but thought I’d heard about 99% of his vocals….so Angela, you surprised me with that one. Great song choice for today !!
