  1. Good Morning, Everyone… 💍 RING-A-DING…BLING! 💍

🎶 Men grow cold as girls grow old…And we all lose our charms in the end…But square-cut or pear-shaped these rocks don’t lose their shape…DIAMONDS are a girl’s best friend…🎶 “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” – Marilyn Monroe 1953 https://tinyurl.com/2p868n7f

💍We see that Jeff is on the VERGE of taking that big plunge,
He’s searching the ARRAY of rings…not one to quickly lunge…
It’s not that there’s a PHOBIA, he’s sure he wants to marry,
He just needs to UNWIND a bit…so in the store he tarries
Wanting to please his Kathy, he thinks sleep will be the thing…
To help with his decision…So it’s home and “PONDER-RING”! 💍

While there was no PAUSING with any of our words today, I don’t think I have to SPELL IT OUT for you that choosing an engagement RING is not some willy-nilly decision…And the saleswoman’s comment about “THOUGHTful” attests to it…And Jeff was no exception…He wanted to PONDER over the choices…And we know Jeff…he takes his GEMS seriously…So seeing him in the jewelry store “PONDER-RING” https://tinyurl.com/yt9k3c8k his decision is no surprise…

And Jeff’s GEM today? His now vintage “POi Dog PONDERING” https://tinyurl.com/48wba7zh T-Shirt…n-ICE! The perfect CHOICE!

So…There you have it Folks…Done. Be well, stay safe…and this puzzle reminds me of my friend Archie, who recently got engaged. For some reason his fiancée swears that she’s hearing maracas, guitars, and Spanish voices emanating from it…He must have bought her a MARRY ARCHIE BAND! 💍🙋🏻‍♀️

  3. 🤷🏻‍♂️Plagued by the PHOBIA that his business was on the VERGE of collapse, despite the wide ARRAY of merchandise that he offered, he realized that he needed to UNWIND before he did any further PONDERING on the issue…🤷🏻‍♂️

⛵️The PHOBIA they carried when it came to sail the sea,
Was that large waves would challenge them…and on the VERGE they’d be…
They have a large ARRAY of boats from which they’re free to choose,
Yet time and time again they find themselves with the sea blues…
They need to UNWIND and relax…or find a different thing…
To spend their free time doing…Sailing? Too much PONDERING! ⛵️

  4. Good morning Wednesday hump-day ! Boy , this week has started off , and is continuing with fun and clever jumbles ! I don’t think I’ll ever have a PHOBIA ! There’s been a few cartoons with an ARRAY of initials and signs to figure out , but I just can’t place the POI on his shirt ! I hope I’m not alone ! It could mean a whole lot of things, but to what for this one ! Oh well , I was on the VERGE to figure this one out , so let’s UNWIND and the one word RING came out first and he looked like he was pondering , so there it was PONDER RING ! Very fun ! It’s my wife’s birthday Friday and I’m pondering a nice night out ! Everyone have a great Wednesday hump-day !!!!!

  5. 💍 When one’s looking for engagement rings,
It’s not only the size, shape and bling…
It’s the thought that you know,
As the years come and go…
Much happiness on it will hinge! 💍

💍 Many years ago Jeff found the one,
And his love story now had begun…
So he shopped for a ring,
    Got confused by the bling…
And it took time before he was done! 💍

💍 Jeff and Kathy…a love story here,
And he thought…do I go round or pear?
He would ask for her hand,
    With a diamond quite grand…
But right now his choice isn’t yet clear! 💍

    • Very nice! It was at a Poi Dog Pondering show that I proposed to Kathy. Frank and the band dedicated their song, “Be The One” to us the I asked her. 25 years later, she’s still the one! I’m writing this from Granada Spain looking up at La Alhambra. We had to delay our anniversary celebration until now. Adiós

      • Tk you. Congratulations to you both and have a wonderful trip…🙋🏻‍♀️

  6. Angela , I just read your key on the POI ! Thanks ! I must’ve overlooked it ! My bad !

  7. Grateful for any morning there is Jumble time. Half a blind solve as ring had to be the last four letters. No Phobia about choosing from that Array of rings, but I would want to Unwind, too, if I was on the Verge of popping the question. Marilyn’s siren song notwithstanding, I generally think of “This Diamond Ring” by Gary Lewis and the Playboys. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKTOizdhan8

    • “This Diamond Ring” is the story of the end of a love affair…It just doesn’t RING true here…💍🙋🏻‍♀️

  8. Once inside the jewelry store
He examined rings by the score
    All sparkly and bright
    Which one was just right
    To make her spirits soar?

And if all of this comes to naught
Well at least I gave it some thought
    With my hard-earned cash
    I made a real splash
And the very best I bought!

In this case though, it seems it was worth it!

  9. Kind of crash and burned today. Phobia took me out of contention early. Yep…had to look it up. Puzzle solved quickly with letters at hand…and yes, will agree with others that RING was going to be part of the solve. Great movie, great song, Angela. Have a great Hump Day !!

  10. Good morning. Took a long time to take a break. I gave up on Phobia and after seeing the cartoon answer in quotations, I went straight for the answer. Until tomorrow stay well and take care.

  11. Good sunny morning jumble friends,
I was on the “VERGE” of choosing an “ARRAY” of words to solve the anagrams. I had to “UNWIND” my brain to solve “PHOBIA”, but Success ! And the jumble was great once I saw ring – then “PONDER RING” fell into place – Loved it ! – until tomorrow – everyone have a sunny day !

    • Thanks, Betty. Yes, it was. And Happy Wednesday to you too. 💍🙋🏻‍♀️

  12. Too many letters for this Sr citizen to solve the cartoon. Had to ‘ponder’ a couple of the anagrams, especially phobia, but even w that solve, as well as the others, I failed to see the word ring in the solution. After looking up the solution it did bring back fond memories of my own engagement ring search in November 1968 w my bride.
