  1. Good Morning, Everyone… 📱CHANCES ARE…N’T📱

🎶 Just because my composure sort of slips…🎶 “Chances Are” – Johnny Mathis 1958 https://tinyurl.com/2jhxdvzt

📱They’re not looking to EJECT him, but our girls here make a MATCH,
    Both already watching TV…our guy’s game?…No way he’ll catch…
At least no one is CRABBY, there’s no need to argue here,
And he just should use his NOODLE, ‘cause they’re making it quite clear…
Looks like if there’s just one TV in this three person manse?
He’s out of luck with this one….there’s hardly a REMOTE CHANCE!📱

Seems a little odd that there’d be only one TV in a household these days…but…

Today we’re again CHANNELING three new anagrams, with the only repeat being CEETJ, from March. And they were all easily unscrambled. The solve? With the words “change the channel” in our question, “switching” in our dialogue, and the TV REMOTE being so prominently displayed in the wife’s hand? There was no CHANCE of blowing this one…

Outvoted two to one, it’s pretty obvious our sports fan’s not going to be able to see his game today…With his wife and daughter watching “Ted Lasso”, https://tinyurl.com/5e9yzezx he’s just out of luck….Because as is usually the case, whoever controls the REMOTE, controls it all…So his CHANCES? Looking pretty REMOTE… https://tinyurl.com/2sdf96e5 Our guy didn’t have a REMOTE CHANCE…But I’m sure if he decides to watch along with them, he’d definitely enjoy himself…Ted Lasso is a fantastic show…

So, There you have it Folks, Done. Have a good one…Be well, stay safe …And I’ll leave you with one of my favorite Ted Lasso quotes…. “I want you to know, I value each of your opinions, even when you’re wrong.”…📱🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. 🤷🏻‍♂️Knowing he had a pretty REMOTE CHANCE of getting the pool NOODLE to be a perfect MATCH, he hoped the client wouldn’t get CRABBY and EJECT him from the job…🤷🏻‍♂️

🤷🏻‍♀️The guy was a curmudgeon, just CRABBY all the time,
He’d EJECT any visitors, as if they’d caused a crime…
His neighbor cooked some NOODLE soup and brought it to his door,
But he was just his usual self…a MATCH for a real bore
She left it at the doorstep, turned to leave… but took a glance…
And thought she saw the door open…perhaps a REMOTE CHANCE?🤷🏻‍♀️

  3. Great jumble to start the week ! The words were there and I had no reason to EJECT them . Boy , we have been getting so much wind , I try to stay away from it so I won’t get CRABBY . The cartoon was really cool . I wonder if what was in the bowl was a NOODLE , but somehow that just doesn’t match with TV night . Some things that a family might want to get is another TV so there won’t be a REMOTE CHANCE of not watching your favorite show ! Well have a great Monday !!

  4. Finally had a pretty easy Jumble, after a tough week last week. Guessed that “CHANCE” was one of the cartoon answers based on a blind solve. Then figured out REMOTE after seeing the remaining letters. It would have been easier if I had noticed the remote in her hand. It’s a reminder to pay attention to the small details in the cartoon. Its interesting that this is almost the exact same cartoon from May 2015. It must be hard to come up with 1,000’s of Jumbles without repeating them. And maybe even harder to remember the ones you did years ago! Have a great Tuesday!

  5. Likewise, a half Blind Solve due to figuring out CHANCE. Solved anagrams without pause, then saw the REMOTE in remaining letters. Re-looked at the puzzle picture and didn’t see the remote in hand; regardless, would not have been a complete blind solve most probably. It’s gonna be one of those mornings I’ll be swinging and swaying to a Johnny Mathis classic….while munching on my breakfast. There’s nothing quite like that !!! Way to go, Angela !!! Have a great Tuesday.

  6. Can’t be Crabby if there’s a Remote Chance of watching Ted Lasso use his Noodle to coach a soccer Match even if refs Eject a player. Yep, a one TV household seems farfetched but so do all my Jumble sentences. Nice for the old ego to have an easy Jumble today and Johnny Mathis’ “Chances Are” earworm means I’ll be “wearing a silly grin.”

  7. Good morning. This one I was able to complete before breakfast. The cartoon answer like the first posters was the same. Half of a blind solve. Once I crossed off chance the remaining letters gave me remote. Don’t think you could have picked a better song choice than that Angela. Until tomorrow stay well and stay safe.

  8. On this, the 80th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, we remember and honor those who lost their lives. God Bless America. 🇺🇸🙋🏻‍♀️

  9. It’s an all too familiar role
As we try to coax and cajole
    “You must be prepared
    The remote’s to be shared”
Oh what we do to get control!

  10. The fourth word is something many of us do at this time of the year: DO NOEL. Celebrate Christmas. I wonder if that was intentional. It also spells DELOON; if that were a word, it would mean to get rid of the loons in a place, either literally or figuratively. Maybe the guy without the remote was hoping that a meteor would hit the channel they were watching, but that is extremely unlikely. He had not even a REMOTE CHANCE of a METEOR CHANCE. If he kept insisting and hectoring the others into changing the channel, he would become a HECTOR MENACE.

  11. Easy anagrams, and a quick cartoon solution,w remote an obvious choice for one of the words.By all means,we will always remember Pearl Harbor.Speaking of remembering, today was my late Uncle Al’s birthday, which I always remembered since it was also Pearl Harbor Day.

  12. Easy breezy puzzle this morning. Saw remote right away. He / She who has the remote controls the world. Have a good day all.

  13. Easy jumble as I immediately thought of REMOTE leaving CHANCE as the remaining word. We have no children and we eat in the family room in front of a large TV screen. We have 4 tv remote 2 at the table and 2 next to our chairs. This way we don’t have to fight for the darn remote. The only problem we have is when we both want to change the program and use the remotes at the same time!!! I then let my wife do it… this way we have peace. I was taught to be a gentleman!

    • LOL! The best story I’ve heard all day! Happy wife…happy life, right? …And I think it’s wonderful that you’re a gentleman…God knows there aren’t as many around as there used to be…Have a great day, Christian…Be well and stay safe out there…📱🙋🏻‍♀️
