    🏠 They left the realtor’s STUDIO, excited to see lots,
    Nothing all that EXOTIC, just a comfy little plot…
    The VACANT lot she showed them first…just swept them off their feet,
    The realtor was quite happy…(easy PROFIT margin meet)!
    The couple almost giddy…with a SINFUL pleasure seem…
    I guess one can ALLEGE the land is definitely their dream
    The view they say is perfect, and they’re really quick to bite…
    An easy sale made here today…it’s def LOVE AT FIRST “SITE”! 🏠

    And…the LOT thickens…Because once again, we’ve just the one repeat anagram…GELALE, from May 2013. And it was SINFUL and ALLEGE that caused a few pauses this morning, but they weren’t enough to stop anyone in their TRACTS…The solve? An easy SELL…with “one piece of property” in our question, the spot-on dialogue, and the quotation marks…

    So, three happy campers…The couple thrilled with the location, and the realtor ready to SELLebrate! What’s left to say? This property? LOVE AT FIRST “SITE”! The fascination with the ski resort? I have SNOW idea!

    So…There you have it Folks, Done. Have a great day. Be well, stay safe…and remember… Never bet on real estate…The HOUSE always wins.🏠🙋🏻‍♀️

    • This was a difficult week for me. I got them all in time but it wasn’t easy.
      The Sunday J which many times I find easier wasn’t that today! Mostly the solution took longer.
      On to Monday, eh?

  4. 🙇🏻‍♂️ Seeing the EXOTIC creature glide across the STUDIO, it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT, and while one might ALLEGE that his thoughts had turned SINFUL, he’d hardly PROFIT, since she wore a totally VACANT stare as she brushed by him…🙇🏻‍♂️

    They took a VACANT property and lived up to the test…
    While some may deem it SINFUL, let them ALLEGE at will
    They’ll PROFIT nothing from it…’cause for most it was a thrill
    They’ll hold the grand re-opening…it’s on slate for tonight…
    And money says it’s guaranteed to be LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! 🏺

  5. It’s Sunday Funday! For a Sunday, I got 5 words without any studying hard . The 5th word I thought was LEEGAL(spelling ?) , then ALLEGE came , but the other words were very nice to get without a problem ! Let’s end the week with a beautiful place to go . 🎵 this land is your land and this land is my land , from California to the New York islands , from the redwood forest to the Gulf Stream Waters , this land was made for you and me 🎵 LOVE AT FIRST SITE ! I got the word FIRST first , and then LOVE came out and then I saw AT and SITE was left . It was awesome ! Everyone enjoy their Sunday !!

    Hard to please…obviously they were not…
    It was love at first look,
    Had these two easily hooked…
    So they bought the lot right on the spot! 🏠

  9. Good morning. At first I drew a blank and in so doing I wound up getting the words from bottom to top. The cartoon should have been a blind solve but once the letters were down the answer came within a minute. Really enjoyed your song choice Angela. First time hearing it.   11. Anagrams came quickly,but as usual w the multi letters of the Sunday puzzle,I was stumped,though site should have been a quick solve.I was thinking ‘sale’ as a 4 letter word instead.Maybe all this cold rain has fogged my acumen.
