THE TWIN SISTERS POOLED THEIR MONEY TO BUY STOCKS SO THEY COULD – – –

IL RSE HE EAR AAS KH = SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE

Good Morning, Everyone!    💰 PENNY WISE….PENNY WISE...💰

🎶 There are hammerlock holds…I’ve mastered a few, and everything I’ve got belongs to you….SHARE for SHARE, SHARE ALIKE…You get struck each time I strike….🎶 Erv’rything I’ve Got” – Miss Ella Fitzgerald 1956

💰 The twins are named appropriately… both Penny were they dubbed
And then were given middle names, when parents saw they flubbed…
So Penny-Yen and Penny-Sou, a HYPHEN did they use,
It wasn’t COARSE, but needed…to avoid any confuse…
As kids a gift they did receive, an ABACUS brand new,
And that started the love affair… numbers did they pursue…
They NEARLY beat all others, their savviness proved right,
Success was theirs…these ladies had no need of that White KNIGHT
They traded in their old car…the IMPALA bit the dust…
Our girls studied the Market…and knew which stocks were a must…
Envisioning a split to come…and Jumble stock to spike…
They pooled whatever they had so they’d SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE…💰

Twins. You may remember that back in 2017, we met twins that were featured first as models, and then as graduates. And this may be them again today…But I’ve decided to change their names to the Penny Girls…it just seems to make cents…And with no new words, and just one repeat anagram – PLIAAM, I think it’s time we got down to business

…And Business is what our girls are all about…Having already fared very well in the Market last year, we hear them discussing the profit they made with Jumble stock, and how the time may be right to divest a little…sell some SHARES, and take a vacation…And since they’ve been pooling their money, it stands to reason that they’d SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE. Good one, David… BULLy for you…

Eye candy? Today we’re pretty rich with details. We see Penny-Yen with her laptop, that’s bearing  a cluster of grapes, instead of the usual pineapple…The ticker on the TV screen at back reads: JUM (Jumble) +15…SUD (Sudoku) -6…XWRD (Crossword) -2.5…and to the right of the screen, two graphs are visible, the top one showing Jumble Co.’s rise, and the bottom one depicting the decline of Sudoko, Inc., with the analyst, who I think to be Jim Cramer of “Mad Money”, seemingly happily animated…And then there’s the two “I ♥️Jumble” mugs by each of our girls. A nice close…So, There you have it, Folks, Done! And here’s to investing our time wisely today…Stay well, stay safe, stay indoors…💰🙋🏻‍♀️

And to all those celebrating the Solemnity of Easter today, I wish you hope and peace. 🙏🏻

  1. 🧍🏻🧍🏻‍♀️ Wanting to change his image from that of a COARSE, crude man, into one of a KNIGHT in shining armor, he promised each child an ABACUS…but upon realizing that he had not NEARLY enough, he settled on an alternative…he’d advertise his largesse as the “imPALa-Project”, where the HYPHEN would serve as the bridge between each of two students, and as PALS, they’d SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE…🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻

🚗 She missed the old IMPALA, she’d driven her for years,
But felt the time not NEARLY enough…and so it caused her tears…
Like beads on an ABACUS, like KNIGHT would be to Dame,
She had a certain kinship and part of her it became…
So selling it was hard for her, especially to that guy,
Who was annoying and so COARSE and insisted going by…
The name TOM-TOM (with HYPHEN), who had formerly rode a bike,
And hoped his crude friends wouldn’t get to SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE…🚗

  2. Good morning and Happy Easter to all. To our Greeks, Happy Palm Sunday. To our Jewish friends Happy Passover. I fell on my sword today. All words still eluded me again. Them being Impala and Hyphen. Being a holy day I wanted to stay in a good frame of mind and decided to look up both ends of today’s jumble. There was no sense in getting upset because it was taking me too long to solve. Thank you, Angela and Mike for always being here for us. Stay safe and with God willing we will be right back here tomorrow.

  3. Hi all – I tried ING at the end of the first word, but saw the GHT combo for KNIGHT when that didn’t work. I was stuck on the first word, seeing IMPAIL and then PALM, so I had to back into it, but I was also stuck on the answer until SHARE appeared in the letters I had, and it appeared.

Thanks for explaining the logo on the laptop! I had never noticed (or don’t remember) that it was usually a pineapple previously. I also got a laugh from how the Jumble is outperforming the other quizzes in the cartoon. The TV analyst also looks familiar, but I don’t know where I think I’ve seen him.
Twins with the same name – are we back to Daryl and Daryl on Newhart again? Or maybe they’re Identical Cousins. 😂

Good wishes and Happy Easter to everyone.

  4. Impala took me the longest, though I kind of remembered it from before. When I see three vowels and some As, I often try an A at the end.
Best wishes to all who celebrate Easter and Passover.
