🧩 FINAL SOLVE

The final answer was an 8-letter anagram that solved into a single-word. As I read through the cartoon sentence, I knew right away that STEPS had to be part of the solution. The staircase was clearly going the wrong way, bending where it shouldn’t, and the dialogue made it obvious this wasn’t the first time it had happened. Once I locked onto STEPS and crossed those letters out, the remainder brought MISSTEPS clearly into view. If you happened to get stuck, the visual nudges of a job going sideways with crooked stairs, confused workers, and dialogue indicating the correct STEPS weren’t taken did the majority of the work.
