The final answer was a 13 letter anagram that solved into two words of 2 + 11. The period at the end of the first word made “MR.” jump out. Even as a comic book kid at heart the rest of the answer made me work. I stared at the letters forever before “FANTASTIC” finally became visible. “IN” was obvious to finish it off. The answer felt clunky at first, but it ended up fitting the cartoon perfectly after letting it sink in. Well done, John!
