CARTOON ANSWER:

📐 Weekend’s in sight, but first, let’s SUM this up! 📐

✏️ It’s Friday, fellow solvers! ✏️

🎯 Bigger Quarters 🎯

Today’s panel shows a lively scene at the National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath) in New York City. You can see kids in the background going hands-on with exhibits, marveling at the magic of math coming alive before their eyes. Even David and Jeff jumped in on the fun! That’s David pedaling the Square-Wheeled Trike, proving that what looks impossible can, in fact, be solved with math. With so many exhibits packed into one place and so many minds eager to explore them, it’s easy to see why this museum might be ready to make room for more.

🧠 Final Solve 🧠

The final solve was an anagram consisting of 10 letters in a layout of 2 + 8. The cartoon stacked the hints neatly and you didn’t need a calculator to see where it was going. The busy background, the curious kids, and the curator’s conversation about needing more room all pointed to expansion. When space runs out, you create more. In New York City, that’s easier said than done. MoMath was moving because it wasn’t possible to build: AN ADDITION.

💎 Jumble Jeff’s Jems 💎

David and Jeff obviously wanted to give a special shout-out to Cindy Lawrence, MoMath Executive Director and CEO, who continues to push the boundaries of what a math museum can be. She was the one featured in today’s cartoon as the person who appeared to be the curator.
